Their regular menu offers tacos, burritos and nacho boats with a choice of carne asada, chicken poblano or pork al pastor as well as churros. The produce used for topping is cut fresh daily. They also make a number of their own sauces ranging from mild to "whew, I need another beer!" On occasion they offer special items which we'll see more of next year. This includes handmade tamales, black bean soup, tostadas and taquitos. They reply fairly quickly to inquiries from their FB page and post their schedule weekly. Their permanent street spot is at the MIG parking lot. You will also find them at festivals, car shows and the local brewery on weekends. The prices are more than reasonable and the couple is very friendly.

I had a daily special sandwich, Chicken Parmesean grilled cheese. The sandwich was pretty big, lasted me 2 meals, and had chicken, cheese, and drippy tomato sauce. The fries were thick cut and looked like fair fries, and even reheated fairly well in the toaster over. I really enjoyed my meal and would visit them again if they are at another event!

My wife had the Tandoori Chicken on rice on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Solid on its own, but the creamy white sauce really enhances all their dishes. (My burrito included a small cup of it, too.) The only thing that needed noticeable improvement was the horchata. I loved the sweetness of it, but it was too grainy. We had to get it hope to strain it and re-chill it; then it tasted great, like a melted ice cream in a good way. The burgers, appetizers, and specials all had items that were appealing, so they definitely earned a second visit.
