The estimate was beyond reasonable, and they were out to start the job the following afternoon. The were able to haul away all of the debris pretty quickly (though it took two loads) and left my place looking great! They were careful not to damage any other part of my landscaping, and left the area clean and empty. Overall I'm very satisfied with the job Jay and Tri County Junk did. Although very busy and in demand (and now I understand why!), Steve made every effort to accommodate our needs for almost immediately removing our current roof tiles and hauling them away, and sent a large team over to accomplishing the task safely, quickly, efficiently in a matter of hours. When the job was finished, his crew cleaned the area in which they worked, and left the job-site in perfect shape. This was a big job, and Steve organized a large crew to accomplish a difficult job.
