The Duddingston arms is a lovely pub on the outskirts of Edinburgh in Newton, West Lothian. It is a short drive away from South Queensferry, but well worth the travel. Children are welcome until 8pm and the pub is very accommodating for small or large families. They also have a lovely children's menu, which is very well priced and there is a wide variety to suit even the pickiest of kids. They have various themed nights and regularly do karaoke nights which are always very popular. For the children they often do competitions, like drawing or colouring in. A lovely little traditional pub which is well worth a visit. read more

The Duddingston Arms-Award winning pub with dining. The Duddingston Arms is the hub of the local community in this part of West Lothian. Many accolades and praise have been given to the pub throughout its existence. Not only are we known as one of the best dining pubs in the county we have a fine selection of real ales, excellent wine list and speciality hot drinks. We are used with many local groups and associations such as fishermen, ramblers, cycling club, dog walkers and professional groups throughout the year. We are only 2km west of South Queensferry on the A904 Boness/Linlithgow road. We have been a fully family owned business since 1832 so you can be sure of that special welcome from everyone. We welcome children everyday up to 10pm and we have a fully enclosed garden to the rear. We are extremely proud of our delicious food and aim to be the best pub in the area with great food and a very warm welcome where people can eat drink talk and above all enjoy themselves

One of the best family owned and run pub restaurants in the local area. The bar has recently been brought up to date with a sympathetic refurbishment which has combined the timeless character of the pub with modern furnishings without losing any of its appeal.

Theme nights tend to be around easter, the gala day (summer), bank holidays, halloween and december.
