I figured, okay it's a Friday so things must be hectic. Over the weekend I saw that he had an online contact form so I filled that out and anxiously waited until noon on Monday with again no response. If he was too booked to do the job, I understand but what I don't understand is not having the courtesy to call to let me know that I should be looking for someone else. I was fortunate to find another company that was prompt, professional, and fairly priced so my issue has now been corrected.

This was a $130 bill for less than a half an hour. My pilot light continued to not stay on so I called Bob and asked him if he'd check the thermacouple. He said no need since it lit. I went to the hardware store and bought a new one for $12 installed it less than half an hour in my water heater works fine now. I'm concerned about his thoroughness and his suggestion that I just replaced the water heater.

I called Rod and about 20 other plumbers in the area and everyone was busy. We use a cistern for…read morewater and had a water booster pump go out leaving us with NO water. We called the pump supplier and our fault code caused them to recommend pump replacement. Pump was installed by a licensed plumber (now retired) only two years before and supplier stated warranty is no longer in effect. Needless to say we were not happy. When we called Rod he was on his way to supplier and told me he would check it out but could not do any work until 4-5 days. After a couple hours and no one able to beat his estimated schedule he called and told us he could get pump under warranty and replace in a couple hours! Knowing our dire situation Rod called back in afternoon stating he got pump and rearranged his schedule to fit us in the next day! Living in a rural area Rod came out replaced pump and saved us on cost of new unit. He was friendly, professional and very responsive to our situation. I highly recommend Glover Plumbing & Heating.
