Josh gave us an appointment and he arrived promptly today at 9:30 and said it would take 4 hours and the price would be $427 with a senior discount. The morning of I got a text message saying he wasn't going to arrive until 10:30 or 11. I called to let him know that I had a doctors appointment that day at 10. We decided he would come after my appointment at noon. By the time my appointment was over I had another text message from him asking if we could reschedule. We decided to reschedule for the next Tuesday at 10. A few days before the appointment he text and said he would be there between 10:30 and 11. Then again the day of he text me at eight in the morning asking if he could start at 9:00 instead. I told him that the earliest I could have him start was 9:30 and that's when he showed up to start the job. I walked him through the house and we started talking about cost. The amount he told me was different from the price he quoted me over the phone. The cost he told me was $540. He informed me that he would have to have someone else come out to help him because he had booked another job that day as well. He told me the job would take 4-5 hours. He ended up being here from 9:30-5:30. Toward the end of the process he expressed to me his frustration with the house being older and he will be charging $800 for houses like this from now on. I felt as though he was guilt tripping me for him underbidding the job with out coming out to the house before giving a bid. He informed me there were 3 registers that were none working that didn't get cleaned and another that he couldn't do to the best of his ability due to insulation. All of which he included in the price he gave me but didn't end up coming off the end total when it came to pay. He ended up leaving without finishing the clean up from the job because of that he offered to take $20 off of the cost. He then said with that off the total would be $540. Which was the cost he gave me at the beginning. I ended up paying $520 at the end. He also told me he would show/send me pictures of the air ducts before and after and he never did. I reached out to him since the job to see if he did in fact take those and if he could send them to me and I haven't heard anything from him. After looking into some of the vents, there is still layers of dust and things like forks, and toys in some of them that I know were "cleaned".

My house was built in 1978. 3 years of my dust, dirt and animal dander. 45 years of other peoples…read moredead skin and whatever types of dander, unknown. I helped replace my old furnace with an efficient gas one and the ducts were caked with dust. I also had an underlying odor that I couldn't narrow down. I called Dave who was referred by a friend. After he was done, every thing was in place and no mess. My house has lost it's underlying odor that was trapped in the dust. When I fired up the furnace last week I didn't have the normal burn off of whatever fell in over the summer. Thanks again Dave!

We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. My house is only 12 years old, but it had so much dust build-up every week, I was tired of dusting! Ron showed me the build-up left in the ducts from building 12 years ago! What was most shocking was when he took me outside and cleaned my dryer vent from the outside- so much debris! That is a fire hazard! They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
