He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, informative, and most importantly, talked on your level. I have met people that have an abundance of knowledge like him, and they tend to talk down to you. Not Mr. O'Neill. I was so impressed how helpful he was. I went in wanting one piano Which he was out of, but after talking to him very quickly, realized I had made the wrong selection. It was so nice to be able to rely on his wealth of knowledge, since this is an expensive purchase, I did not want to buy the wrong thing. I also found out that he is a third generation owner. I might add. He plays beautifully. It was nice to hear someone play the piano that I was going to buy. I cannot say enough positive things about this business. He really went above and beyond and wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated that in no way was he pushy or trying to get me to buy something more expensive. He was just informative and allowed me to draw my own conclusions and make my own decision. If I am ever in the market for another piano, I would not even waste my time looking elsewhere. I found these guys through U-haul (they're listed there at A+ Movers, but their official company…read morename is Abba Movers). I chose them because they had the best rating there and the lowest price. I booked them online through U-haul, and Nick, the owner called me the same day to confirm and to go over my move. I had a simple move, but I had big pieces of furniture that I knew I needed help. Through no fault of Nick's, I had to change my move date several times because of my schedule. and each time I called Nick to let him know I needed to change, he was really sweet and patient. Finally, my move date arrived, and two guys (walter and another guy, whose name i forgot) showed up. but before they did, they called me the day of to confirm time. and then about an hour before, they called to let me know they were going to be half an hour late, which worked out well for me. and then called me 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know where they are. The backed the truck up to my door, loaded all my stuff up, drove over to my new place, and moved all the stuff in. I had labeled the boxes as to where they went, so they quickly put them where they belonged. They were also very quick about disassembling my furniture, and re-assembling my furniture. When I have to move again, I'll definitely be calling them to do it for me.

Once we got going, the piano produced many hurricane-related surprises for us. Ryan cleaned her up, got her tuned, explained to me where the remaining problems were, and we were "Moon Rivering" again in no time.
