Nelson has so far knocked it out of the park on all fronts. He communicated via text and phone calls before coming out to work to ensure we had everything we needed. He showed up on time, when promised and did not rush through the jobs. We had him install a whole house surge protector on our main panel, swap out a faulty breaker, and mount an Amazon tablet to our wall. He worked efficiently and cleaned up as he went. He also gave us some advice and insight, as well as a quote, for other miscellaneous projects around the house (installing electrical for a bidet and a recessed electric fireplace). Nelson communicated very well, is professional, friendly, honest, and prices his jobs fairly. While he was working here, we talked about his past experience working for Amazon corporate at an impressive level. He knows codes and permitting in multiple states very well. I feel comfortable knowing he did the job correctly here. He is now our main electrician, going forward. Thanks, Nelson!

They said between 9-11 with a 15-minute warning call. Like clockwork, my phone rang at 9 and Alex said he'd be there shortly. And he was. The problem was an easy fix--a slow leak in a valve on the AC unit that ran the fluid low. He fixed the valve, refilled the fluid and immediately the air started to blow colder--and all included in the (relatively low) cost of a service call. I casually mentioned that since I had lived there a short time I didn't know where the air filter was and it probably needed changing. Alex looked around, took off a couple of covers on the inside unit and found the air filter tucked away! He did it all with a great attitude and friendly manner. The whole visit--including the extra bonus with the air filter took under 20 minutes and I was totally satisfied. THe only very minor thing--they could use a better phone at their office. Two times when speaking with them, it was a bad connection, lots of static and hard to hear. Other than that tiny nuisance, this place is triple A! And thank you, Alex!
