John Christensen and his staff listened to me and helped me navigate getting all of my medical bills as well as my car repairs taken care of. He and his staff were easy to communicate with and kept me updated as they negotiated with the insurance companies on my behalf. They worked on a settlement that I felt was fair and commensurate with the injury I sustained. Their office is easy to find, their accounting was easy to understand and they made a painful incident much less of a worry!!! I hope I don't have to use them again (I don't want to get rear-ended again!) - but know that they are there if I do need them for any personal injury legal needs!!!!! Highly recommend this legal firm.

I can't put into the words how outstanding of a job Neil Stubbs and his staff at Evergreen Personal…read moreInjury and Associates did for our family. Neil's is a really upstanding character and is a pillar of the Tacoma community he serves with his time volunteering for his non-profit group. Rather than focusing on fees and crunching numbers on how much our personal injury claim will cost, his first concern was turned toward my father's health and telling him to focus on his recovery first. He and his staff really were empathetic to our situation and their service really reflected that. Neil's experience and attention to details expedited our personal injury claim which in turn was handled flawlessly. It was such a hassle free process. In the end, the medical bills took a big chunk out of our settlement payout and due to Evergreen's ethical rule of thumb that the firm should not make more than the client, the attorney fees were reduced to where my father was fairly compensated for his injuries. That was AMAZING! I've dealt with attorney's in the past, and this NEVER happens! As you can see from my family's experience, working with Neil and his associates at Evergreen Personal Injury is a no brainer. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Thank you Neil and good luck to your future endeavors!

I will leave it at that. Natalie's firm contacted me, I assume because of seeing the charges filed against me in some public record. I am glad they did. Natalie and her staff worked on my case tirelessly for over a year and a half. Eventually resulting in a resolution that was the best that I could hope for. During the same time I was burgled and lost over $1200 in cash and damages. Did the police or legal system help? No. I have been admitted for an Emergency medical stay in the hospital. And have been diagnosed with cancer. Natalie and her efforts have been the only positive thing in my life over the last year and three quarters. Meanwhile this case will continue to hang over me, for another year or more as I look forward to beginning my treatment for Leukemia. But without Natalie, I might have given up on life altogether.
