In August my husband had a major bicycle crash and shattered his shoulder. He needed a total shoulder replacement. It was a bit of a wait and pain management was an issue. This doctor refused to help, said Tylenol should be enough for his shoulder that was broken into 6 pieces. Fortunately the ER and urgent care doctors were on board with pain management. When the surgeon had a cancellation so he could do the shoulder replacement sooner, my husband needed an urgent pre-op EKG but she refused to find time to do it. He had to wait several more days with his shattered shoulder. Later he had a regular physical and bloodwork. His prostate numbers were very high, and he reported that he was having issues with urinating as well as several family members with prostate cancer including his Dad! She said that was normal for his age. She REFUSED to refer him for an MRI or to see the urologist. He went to see a different doctor in the same practice on an urgent appointment and mentioned it. shout out to Dr Posten who said oh, that needs to be checked. MRI showed enlarged irregularly shaped prostate with shadows. Biopsy was done. Last week my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Imagine if he'd stayed with Dr Azad's crappy advice. This doctor is not a good doctor. She is a gatekeeper to treatment. She does not give a crap about what's best for patients. Stay away.

She also thought discussing dinner recipes in front a room full of fasting patients was a great idea. The red-headed physical therapist was just as bad, rudely turning people away to other counters because their needs "weren't her job" - absolutely unacceptable and as least caring as possible. I convinced him to switch insurance carriers, if he didn't like our new insurance through United HealthCare we would switch back during open enrollment the following plan year. The first time we went to meet Dr. Worley, he genuinely interested in our health and us as people. My husband was cautious in believing he was as good as he appeared (lol). Not only is genuine he's down to earth. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers your questions, no matter how trivial or crazy they may sound. Dr. Worley, tackles each issue head on. He discusses which item needs to go to the top of the list and works his way through each concern/issue. He ordered labs back in January for me. With COVID I decided to wait (I'm not a fan of needles and bloodwork, so I thought COVID was a great excuse to put my lab work off). Not a great reason trust me... Anyway, I went to see Dr. Worley recently. He reviewed my records and reminded me that I hadn't done my labs that were placed back in January. Ohhh, I was busted.
