A staple Döner spot in the Jarrestadt. They are very quick and efficient in preparing the Döner and friendly enough. We've tried the falafel durüm and the Döner wrap and both liked it. Just wish the spicy sauce would be a bit more spicy! Prices are also good and the restaurant itself is nicely decorated with outdoor seating. read more

If you are into kebabs, then this place is a recommenation. Simply because of the very high turnover - surprising at this location - you can be assured that the food is always fresh. I found the service really fast. Prices are not dramatically on the cheap side, but worth it. read more

I went there for lunch. The food tastes good and the service is lightning fast. The saladbar was fresh, but they could have given us a broader sortiment to chose from. Overall: Good place for a quick meal. read more

Dubara is apparently "the best kebab shop in Hamburg". This is more of a folk-lore thing amongst my friends then an official claim, but of course, I had to test this theory out. OK - I have to be honest here, due to the baffling popularity of doner in continental europe, you're never going to get quite a good a kebab in France/Germany/Holland etc. as you will down the curry mile in Caspian's, Manchester (check out the reviews!!), but this place isn't bad at all. They do a special with coated nan with some sort of pizza sauce, all wrapped cylindrically, so you can eat it length-ways. This is important as any kebab-lover can attest. This monster will set you back EUR 3.70, although there are cheaper options, including a kebab with chips actually in it. I must try this. They also sell beer as everywhere here, and the staff are funny, so give it a go. read more

Good donairs - crisply roasted bread with chunky lamb meat including enough fatty bits, fresh salad, good sauces - check! Good value for money - be seated with your Mini Döner - check! Friendly staff - check! Cosy in- and exterior in wood and warm colors that feel like Turkey and not like a fast food parlor, including good bathrooms - check! But what really clinches the 5***** is that they seem to be the only(!) donair place in Hamburg that still serves the more expensive lamb meat (for a modest surcharge), which is of course the original Turkish donair meat. Döner Queen nearby doesn't do so any longer - Dubara are the real donair deal. read more

They have bread and rolled options, I went with the bread and it was huge. The bread was soft, slightly toasted and warm. The chicken inside was really good as was the sauce, my only real complaint was wanting more sauce, more evenly distributed. They also use a cabbage mix for the veggies, while my personnel presence is just lettuce along with the tomato and cucumber. Good price, good food, friendly staff.

Das ist der beste Dönerladen in Hamburg. Schon allein die Innenbemalung der Wände von der türkischen Stadt Istanbul bemuntert mein Magen zum Essen. Ich hole mir jedesmal einen Dürüm, der auch jedesmal exzellent schmeckt. Die Bedienung ist super lustig drauf und verpasst den einen oder anderen Kunden einen Witz, doch solange man es mit Humor nimmt erfreudigen, die auch einen. Kann mich hier vielen nur anschließen. Der Döner ist einer der besten in Hamburg. Das Testen hat zwar lange gedauert, sich aber gelohnt. Dubara ist in meinen Top 3 der besten Dönerläden. Das Fleisch ist saftig und zart, die Beilagen frisch und knackig. Preislich fair und vergleichbar mit den Preisen anderer Dönerläden. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und schnell. Leider ist er für mich etwas weit weg, deshalb kann ich dort auch nicht oft hin, aber immer wenn ich in Winterhude bin, geht es hierher! read more

Der Besuch bei Dubara hat mich zu der Erkenntnis gebracht, dass dies der bester Dönerladen in Hamburg ist. So einen leckeren Döner hab ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Viel und sehr leckere Gerichte zur Auswahl. Das Personal war auch sehr nett, sie haben mcih nicht an einen dreckigen Tisch sitzen lassen, sonder sofort den Tisch sauber gewischt. Über die Preise braucht man nicht diskutieren, die sind wie bei jedem Döner Laden, aber die Qualität ist Top. read more

So ein leckeren Döner habe ich noch nie im meinem Leben gegessen. Den Laden hatte mir mein Freund empfohlen und wir sind auch zusammen dort hingegangen und ich hatte mir ein Dürüm-Döner bestellt. Der war saftig durch das frische Fleisch und die ebenfalls frischen Beilagen. Zum Nachtisch habe ich von der freundlichen Bedienung ein türkische Spezialität bekommen, Baklava, welche mir auch sehr lecker schmeckte. Leute ich kann es euch nur empfehlen. read more

Der Hähnchendöner schmeckt hier hervorrgend und ist aus Erfahrung nicht wie bei meinen Vorrednern mit wenig Fleisch bestückt. Kommt wohl auf das Personal an, aber in den letzten 5 Jahren hatte ich immer eine ausreichende Portion. Sehr zu empfehlen ist hier ausserdem die Baklava Nachspeise! Hier wird man bei guter Qualität auf jeden Fall satt. read more

Personal unfreundlich (bis auf Kassierer),Dönerchips fast kein Fleisch. Nach Rückfrage und vorzeigen der "Dönerchipstüte" wollte man Fleisch nachpacken,aber der zuständige Mann am Spieß untersagte es.Frühe war das Essen dort sehr lecker.Den Stern gibt es weil der Herr an der Kasse sehr freundlich ist.Werde den Laden nie wieder betreten. read more

Ambiente ist toll.. Aber Dubara hat wirklich nachgelassen! Der Dönerteller ist einfach nicht mehr das selbe wie damals. Früher hat man eine ordentliche Portion bekommen und jetzt nicht mal mehr Schafskäse oder Pepparoni.. Da gehe ich mittlerweile lieber zur Konkurrenz ein paar Meter weiter. Schade drum. read more

Meiner Meinung nach der beste Döner in Hamburg. Leider sind die Preise vor kurzer Zeit etwas angehoben worden, wobei das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis immer noch in Ordnung ist. Man bekommt auf jeden Fall Qualität für's Geld. read more
