Yea!) blood pressure, temperature, asked quite a few questions about my history and then drew blood. The PA came in, we talked some more, she looked at my ears, throat and listened intently at my lungs. In the end she said my issue was likely sinus related and that my lungs and everything else looked good. I was given 3 Rcs for the sinus and cough. I'd come back here for any issue. These people are good at what they do!

When the tech invited me into their drawing station, I said immediately that I had been at another TMCOne office with my doctor earlier that day and had blood drawn but they had forgotten to draw one of the many blood tests ordered and didn't give me a stool collection container. Veronica, the tech, took my proffered arm and attempted blood draw with very curt repeated instructions, ignoring that I am quite elderly, moving slowly, saying I was ill. She could not get blood with a standard needle and said I was dehydrated even though I told her I was pushing fluids. She was going to try another place with a standard needle (made no sense if she thought I was dehydrated). When I told her that at other TMC labs always use a butterfly She BLAMED ME FOR NOT TELLING HER! I told her that is the case routinely whether I am ill or just getting routine labs. She ignored me and was not kind despite the fact that I was uncomfortable. The other tech asked if I was okay by Veronica ignored me. Veronica was not observant, did not seem to care about my comfort or what I might need, and did not seemed to have adequate training in her own field. If she had been kinder or more courteous, I would not be writing this review. IN MY OPINION, AN M.D. FOR 48 YEARS, VERONICA - tech with Lab Corps at TMCOne at Harrison, SHOULD NOT BE IN HEALTHCARE or, at the very least, be trained in how to treat a "customer". My mother, having lost over 50 pounds in six months, was severely malnourished, depressed, and openly expressing a lack of will to live after a devastating personal loss. She was crying, desperate for help, and asked for assistance with both a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order and admission paperwork for assisted living--her clearly stated wishes. Dr. Kellogg refused both requests. Instead of addressing the severity of my mother's condition, she dismissed her declining health, telling her only to "eat" and that labs would be "monitored." This was after six months of obvious physical and emotional deterioration and multiple requests for depression assistance whether counsel, medication or consult. Ten days later, my mother died. Dr. Kellogg did not prescribe medication to assist with appetite control nor assist with counseling for her 28 year relationship that suddenly came to an end, which broke her heart immensely. The lack of compassion, urgency, and medical intervention was shocking. A physician's role is to listen, advocate, and act in the best interest of the patient, especially when the patient is in crisis. In this case, our family begged for help, and my mother pleaded for her wishes to be respected--yet nothing meaningful was done. My mother's suffering was visible, preventable, and ignored. No family should ever experience this level of indifference from a healthcare provider.

A mistake that's now cost me health, money and a lot of time. They didn't submit the proper documentation to my insurance on time - even though I called and asked multiple times - each time I was met with a rude tone, as if "we're not stupid - don't ask us again". Well, my insurance confirmed that the office ignored multiple phone calls and faxes trying to get it covered. They lied and wouldn't even try to help resolve the issue - then calling the company that she works for - they couldn't care less. They "looked into" my issues and found no problems. They wouldn't talk to my insurance or care to look at the evidence - they said "we talked with Dr Gallo's staff and everything was done properly". No, it wasn't and that's why I'm not liable for THEIR referrals - because they wouldn't submit it within the timeframe needed and lied about it. We choose professionals to do things like that because it's a complex deal understanding the processes and policies involved. They don't act professional and it's as if they enjoyed my issues - both Dr Gallo and Laura. I'm going to sue them because it's cost me months of treatment, a financial loss and countless hours of my life - not to mention the stress it's put on me. When I decided to go to another doc for a 2nd opinion, her office wouldn't share all of my medical information even though I'd signed the releases, but she shared all my info with her friend. The final straw was when I asked to pick up a copy of my full file and her admin told me nobody at the office could do this until Monday. Im like its just making copies and the staff becomes upset and says, "Ms. I'm working the front desk so I don't have time to do this and I don't deal with medical records..." I stayed with her for years because she really used to be great! She would spend time with patients, her staff were funny and warm. She, ironically now, helped stabilize my asthma and for that I am still grateful. But later when she opened her own practice and she and her staff became rude, inattentive and incensitive, I stayed because I really didn't have any health problems, she was close and i could get in quickly despite the snide comments about my health condition made in front of UA interns! But NO MORE! Im getting a new doctor who will provide asthma medications to asthmatics! She gets 2 stars because they get you in quickly and I know there's a good doctor inside her, though I have not seen the good one since she opened her own practice. I lost my primary care doctor and 4 of my 5 prescriptions. I was told that the Dr. could no longer prescribe. There are locations that accept my plan in Tucson. But both One Medical and Archwell for seniors do not. I do not appreciate a cold blooded administrative decision that left me without medical support. My advice is to avoid Amazon One Medical.
