It didn't work, of course I'm upset because both my wife and I were looking forward to something that we never got. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. But yet when you try to let them know that the medication they prescribed didn't work you never hear back from them so I'm very leery of this company and I'll be honest with you and completely disappointed in everything about them. I've called them over 26 times today and no answer this has been a constant problem with them they're not answering their phones or responding to emails. Look at my phone log you will see their number the one 88 number is their's and you could see that I've called over 30 times.

I've had the occasional delayed appointment but nothing unexpected for a medical office. For the most part my appointments are on time. I recommend Dr. Mitul Shah for a PCM. He's helped me get to a healthy state with the proper follow ups and referrals to specialist. He works with my medicals needs as they change. Doesn't question or disregards my concerns and always takes the steps to rule things out. Wonderful primary care physician.

Instead, we were informed by the office manager that the appointment had never been confirmed on their end and that my father was being discharged from the practice due to an alleged no-show on 6/9 and rescheduled appointments on 6/26 and 6/30. To clarify: - My father never had an appointment on 6/9. Neither he nor I scheduled one, nor were we ever informed of one. - On 5/30, he was hospitalized at AdventHealth East Orlando and was later transferred to PAM Rehab Hospital in Winter Garden, where he remained through 6/13. He was physically unable to attend, or even be aware of any appointment during that time. - It turns out the 6/9 appointment was made by AdventHealth during his hospital stay without our knowledge or consent. - I called the office on 6/26 and 6/30 to reschedule due to my father's recent hemorrhagic stroke, which has left him with significant daily challenges. At no point was I told of a rescheduling or cancellation policy, nor was I warned that his status as a patient was at risk. I was simply given a new appointment for 7/2. To then arrive and be told that his appointment was unconfirmed and that he had been discharged, with no prior notice was shocking and deeply frustrating. The communication breakdown was unacceptable. I strongly advise against seeking care from this office, especially if you or your loved one is living with a disability. Managing a disability is hard enough without the added stress of poor communication, indifference, and a lack of compassion from a healthcare provider and their staff.

I recently started my infusion therapy at IVX health and have to say that this is the best infusion center for my needs! What I love about it is that you get your own private suite with a nice recliner, TV, and wifi! They offer a variety of free snacks and beverages as well. The facility is clean and the receptionist and nurse are fantastic. Also, this location has plenty parking! However, they are only open 2 days a week for now but that could change in the future. I had nurse Alex on my first visit and she was so friendly and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable by checking in on me every 30 minutes throughout my 2 hour infusion. If you do need any assistance, there is also a call button in the room that you can press as well. If you are looking for a peaceful environment to get your medical infusion, definitely check out IVX. On their website, they list what insurance they take and the process of how your doctor's office can authorize IVX for the treatment. They also list the medicines they can infuse. Before you can even start the infusion , they make sure your insurance covers the treatment so no surprises which is great! I am so pleased with IVX and so happy to be getting my infusions here! 10/10! I originally went to Dr. Shemiranei for an urgent…read morematter- he was about to leave for the evening but agreed to see me even though his staff had gone home. Who does that? I've never met a doctor willing to do that. After that encounter with him I decided to book another appt to see how he could help me with my chronic pain. So far so good. My pain is controlled without overdoing it and without oxy- exactly what I had asked for. He even helped fight the insurance company and advocate for me when they didn't want to cover my RX. I then asked if he would be willing to take on my mother- an addiction patient with a very complicated history. He agreed and became her primary care. My mother is combative, emotional, suffers from borderline personality and she was confrontational with Dr. Shemiranei. I asked her to calm down and give him a chance. He was very patient with her and she felt compelled to open up with him and tell him the truth. Some addicts never admit their truths and that was the first time I ever heard my mother admit her addiction and suicide attempts. Lots of closure for me.
