He showed me a 2017 ford explorer that seemed perfect for us and in a price range we could afford. We did buy the vehicle and everything seemed fine until a week later we went to washkes to get the plates and it overheated in the parking lot!!@ They took it into their shop and took a look stating the water pump was bad and they told me to go to a Ford dealership to get it fixed. I asked if they were paying for repairs and the rudetold me nope you bought it asas -is it is your problem! Worst company ever!@@ They totally took advantage of a family in a bad situation and made it ten times worse now we are stuck with no vehicle, no way to pay repairs, and a very large debt to cover!

One day in mid April I took a nice Honda 100 CC Motorcycle to them in the Morning at about 10:15 AM. The Man that dose the Repair work was most unkind to me & He even yelled at Me for No reason & He would not take the Honda Motorcycle in for repair. I was shocked & very badly Hurt & I sent them a Nice Letter telling them of all the items I bough from them & all the repairs I gave them. Then 25 years later I needed a Tire on a Motorcycle replaced & I was refused do to there hatred and I could not believe the Hate they have in there hearts. after all the thousands of dollars I spent at that place. none of My Business was appreciated and they are the most unkind people full of hatred that I have never seeing in my entire lifetime. most considering all that I did buy from them and all the repair and the two motorcycles I bought from them in years past. These people are very unappreciated and they should not be in business. Do not do business with these people. They are the meanest, most unkind people in the world.

Tina in the service department was awesome because although they did not have my tire size in stock she called all around and was able to locate a tire for me in Duluth. She had her driver go there and pickup the tire and return with it for them to install it on my Pacifica. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Junction car wash opened it's doors back in the early 90's…read moremaybe even before that.. it's been my go to place ever since they opened. HOWEVER, my visit a couple of days ago WILL BE MY LAST. the new owner that took over a couple of years ago has really let that place go, he doesn't believe in proper maintenance, or upkeep. several self serve bays didn't work. in fact the bay I pulled into I put $5 in (price went up from $3) and the pressure wash wand failed, went and told the attendant and he couldn't seem to pull himself away from his screen time (phone), while my $5 clock was counting down - he didn't even offer me a refund, he did go and hit a switch or something and the wand started working BUT NO REFUND OF THE MONEY I LOST!!!! HE ALSO DIDN'T CREDIT ME - I ended up putting more money in just to finish the wash/rinse. then........ the vending machine where the towels, window cleaner towelettes, etc were was OUT OF ORDER.. asked the attendant if he had a key, I was willing to purchase these items if he could open the machine and he did not. it was -13 degrees outside that day and I wanted to wipe down the door seals and window seals so they didn't freeze shut, but..... JUNCTION FAILED, HAS BEEN FAILING. funny how the attendant stated that the owner just doesn't care anymore since the new car wash opened up - that new owner hasn't cared since he took over (before the new car wash opened) - I know a past employee... this guy thinks he can just collect money from people/customers and not have to put any money or maintenance back in. wish he would sell to someone WHO ACTUALLY CARES!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU JUNCTION. THE ORIGINAL OWNER WAS ALWAYS RUNNING AROUND DOING MAINTENANCE, CHECKING ON CUSTOMERS, HE KEPT THAT PLACE TIP TOP.. I MISS HIM

They did not need for me to prepay these special order tires. The delivery was late but they got them mounted and balanced before closing on a late Friday afternoon. And they took a check from me because using my cash would have run me short 500 miles from home. I will definitely do any tire business while I'm at the cabin with them.
