DTX Media was our savior for our children's silverware start up. Our company, Cutelery, offers high quality stainless steel silverware for children. Because of the high quality of the steel, our products were very difficult to photograph without reflecting back the camera and the photographer. We tried 3 different photographers and spent a lot of money for sub par products. It affected our website, social media and Amazon page and thus our sales. Collin Meyer, of DTX Media, photographed a stone relief mural that I created for a new recreation center in Lewisville, TX. It was a challenging assignment, since the mural starts on the building exterior and then flows through the lobby and out to the opposite facade. Another challenge was getting the lighting right, in order to capture the layers of relief carving. Collin clearly had the talent for the job, and spent the time needed to get things right! Since I'm based in Colorado and couldn't be present to advise directly, I really appreciate the fact that he achieved just what I requested. All of the DTX personnel with whom we interacted were friendly and easy to work with. We sought competitive bids for a video project for our not-for-profit to produce about 10 educational videos of about 20 minutes each. DTX was a little more than one, but much less than the other two. Leah Butler understood our project and was straightforward with us from the beginning. We researched her staff and they all had local educational backgrounds and local production experience. The two production assistants that did our videos remotely in our office were great in helping preparing our presenters, practicing on a teleprompter, and helping them with the pace of their presentation. In post production, DXT placed graphics at the appropriate places and edited in a few retakes perfectly and seamlessly. They helped us a lot and the final product was great. Over the years, I have worked with numerous video production companies on many training video projects for hospitals and healthcare. At one point in history, I had my own production studio. I cannot express how awesome it was to work with DTX. Leah was fantastic in coordinating the project. Peter was excellent in the actual video shoot and production components.
