Great communication: my instructor Abdul was easy to reach by text and always responded quickly. 3. I'm a "late bloomer" (older learner) and so took a few more lessons that a typical student to feel comfortable taking my G2 road test. Abdul was incredibly patient and easy to get along with, even when I was stressed out, lol. 4. As a woman, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy I was shown. One instructor did not speak to her or teach her anything - we asked to change - the other just belittled her and profiled her as a rich white girl that would pay her way out of anything. They are rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately, my kid didn't say anything until the end because she thought she had to go through her 10 hours of driving. I could go on with other stuff - like added costs and accommodate pick-up until it's time and then say they won't come in that location!!! JUST HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!!!! She helped us out a great deal. The course my daughter took was 30 hours on line theory and 10 hours of actually driving. The price was very competitive. The Driving Instructor was Gihad Qassem who was also excellent. My 16 year old daughter said Gihad was very professional, funny, knew how to teach, and made the driving lessons very enjoyable. My daughter took her G2 Driving test two days after passing the Drivers Education course, SHE PASSED the first time, so Jim's Driving School and Gihad must be doing something right!
