Our particular home is just one of many where the sloppy work and haphazard approach to lawn maintenance has left us with a backyard eyesore. We were informed this week that Shearon has "declined" to address our issue despite video evidence that they caused the entire issue. The community is mobilizing to attempt to have them removed as soon as possible. They make no effort to communicate or address concerns. Neighboring communities should beware before contracting with them. They will make promises that won't be kept and their work when handling issues is done in the cheapest and least laborious way possible.
