The detailing manager, Mr Haskins, apologized and said they were swamped and asked if I could come back the next day. Being a teacher and not allowed to leave during h day, I explained my situation. Mr Haskins sent somebody the next day to pick up my vehicle and then came to pick me up after work. The young lady who picked me up (I wish I could remember her name!) was also extremely friendly and we had a good conversation on the way back.
