Makes me sad knowing all the times we've begrudgingly gone to Little Caesars right across the street when this was here the whole time. =_= I've tried a veggie pizza and margherita; the latter is especially surprisingly good. I love a real New York slice but I prefer Neapolitan style and this seems like a blend of the two. We haven't eaten at the restaurant yet due to the pandemic so takeaway has been my only experience here so far.

The pizzas are tiny (not unexpected for cauli crust) but at a $17 and $20 price point, what a joke. The antipasto salad was $14 but came to us in a tiny take out container. This barely fed us. I will be hesitating ordering here again bc of tonight.

My Wife is a huge pizza fan. She could eat it every day. So I mentioned in passing that this might be a different type of setting. And it was indeed. Super clean. Red and black all the way through. We both ordered a beer and My Wife got a personal pan pizza. It was eight dollars with two dollars per topping. I ordered the Michigan chicken, cherry salad. We had got there around five and the place was steadily filling up as we sat. Mary, our waitress was very knowledgeable and kind. We felt fairly good about what we had ordered. But let me tell you once we got it, it blew our minds. My wife's pizza was outstanding. She said maybe the best she's ever had. I rolled my eyes and then she offered me a bite. And it was. Truly. A lot of times when you order pizza it's falling off of the crust. It's uneven. This was perfection. She couldn't believe it. Frankly neither could I. The crust was soft and you couldn't tell it from the toppings. No separation nothing falling off and cooked so well. My chicken cherry salad is a favorite in Michigan and they did it right. Each portion was great and more than enough for the both of us. We talked about it the rest of the night. If you have the chance, make sure you visit. It's one of a kind and one of the best experiences we have had for old favorites made new.

Unbelievably good pizza, made with an excellent crust, not too oily or too thin and loaded with fresh toppings. Granted, the interior and exterior are nothing to brag about and the owners aren't spending their money on surface level aesthetics, that is for certain. However, they spend where it matters most- on food quality. Their warm, fresh from the oven bread sticks and fabulous garlic bread are also delicious. Service is friendly and with a personal touch and always prompt. Highly recommended.

They close down during lunch hours, and I say it's colossally stupid because this is a farm town. Farmers want their lunch as late as 2 PM in Sping and Fall, planting and harvest. These guys are driving machinary and semis and they need something they can hold and drive at the same time (like pizza slices, which would be offered here if they were open). Don't they know how much money they are missing out on? Who does the marketing? It's probably too late to change it now, because all the farmers know they are closed durnig their lunch and go to MaMa Mias on the way to Hemlock Elevator or Anschutz Cafe on the way to Brekenridge Elevator. No where to sit down, this is a huge minus. :(
