After getting 4 quotes, I went with Precise Painting after meeting Tricia and looking at her reviews. Tricia walked me through the project and why each piece would be done and needed. Communication was great the entire project, from coming out to quote, getting a date that suited and through the project. The team that came out ( Tallyn and Santana) were professional, courteous, detail oriented and friendly. It was nice having them around. The house, driveway, doors, windows and lights were all well protected with tarps, plastic, tape and paper. The power wash, bonding and painting of the house, trim, doors, soffit, gutters and pool deck were all completed in under 4 days between rain as promised. Tallyn and Santana did a fantastic job. After seeing photos of their previous work, I asked them to come take a look and give me an estimate. Blake, the painter, and Maxly, the CEO and designer, arrived a few days later as scheduled. After walking through, they sent me an estimate along with some thoughtful suggestions to enhance the masculine, elegant aesthetic I was going for. One idea was to color-drench the bedroom--ceiling, walls, and trim all in the same color. I wasn't 100% sure, but I decided to take a chance and said, "Let's do it." I was blown away by the result. For six days straight, Blake was there on time and sometimes working ten-hour days. Maxly was often there too, seeing to every detail. The cost was more than fair and well worth every penny. They even told me to get back with them in a week or two with a list of anything that needed touching up or might have been overlooked. The day-to-day customer service and follow-up were exceptional. I even gave them a key so they could come and go as needed--very trustworthy. I would hire this company again and again. They performed as perfectly as possible. Brian took 4 days to install the cabinets in our 1926 house (after 99 years, the floors and walls needed help). I watched and helped a little. Excellent workmanship. Then the Quartz counter top. The crew again did a perfect job. The kitchen turned out better than we hoped. Another good part of working with Robert Ellingsen, owner, is that he has his own workers, no subletting. He also demonstrated real integrity in his words and actions. The whole project got done in under a month. My son and I did the demolition and the new vinyl plank flooring. The proverbial icing on the cake was that he was way less expensive than the others.
