Communication was great the entire project, from coming out to quote, getting a date that suited and through the project. The team that came out ( Tallyn and Santana) were professional, courteous, detail oriented and friendly. It was nice having them around. The house, driveway, doors, windows and lights were all well protected with tarps, plastic, tape and paper. The power wash, bonding and painting of the house, trim, doors, soffit, gutters and pool deck were all completed in under 4 days between rain as promised. Tallyn and Santana did a fantastic job. I had this husband and wife came to do my home. At first I really thought they were good honest…read morepeople, until I did payments. I was told the bank did not clear my checks, even though I showed them that the checks were paid by my bank, then I was asked to submit another 2 checks to replace the one I had given. I did, again thinking of honest people and silly of my part of not thinking clearly. Nevertheless, one of the checks was given back to me, while the payment as stated before was paid, and the other check was paid. I had to wait over a week to get back my money that I doubled paid them. About the work, a couple days later I noticed many spots were not painted, and will you believe, I did not receive any of the remaining paints. I was told they used all of the paint. The price included they purchasing the paint. I purchased a small can of paint to show them what I wanted for my office wall, so they could buy the paint to do it. Unfortunately, I could not get back my paint, which I believed they used that paint to do my accent wall, and never bought any paint. I have spoken to even someone I Sherwin Williams paint , and was told a painter never uses all the paint. I had to go and purchase a gallon of the 3 different color paints that were used on my home, to have touch ups down on all the areas that were left out. Also, to my amaizing surprise, they bought the cheapest paint, the lowest grade to do my home. I specific told them that I am very particular, and I do want good products, I was advised by the salesman at Sherwin's that they do not even recommend that grade to paint to painters, it is not good. I will have to have my home re-painted later this year or early next year, due to poor workmanship and horrible grade of paint. Thank you Michael for your dishonesty, I respected you and your wife as people of great intergrity and morales in relationship to work ethic, but it shows that you can't trust people. Guys, keep in mind the house was empty when these folks painted it, and I came home to find they had their kids in my home painting also. I will NOT RECOMMEND this company, due to financial minipulation and deceiptful paint jobs. Even my garage that was painted for $1,600 is not worth the cost (that is only the cost of the garage). Oh the painting of the interior of my home did not include the closets or the windows. HIs wife Ino, who was also a painter on my home, asked me to stop calling or texting them when I was asking for the remainer of the paint in case I had to do any little touch up, she became very hostiled and blocked me from her phone. Becareful who you contract to do your home. I finally decided to write a review, because I hope no one else has to experience what I did, that cost me money and basically ripped me off.
