Disrespectful of people's property. Took half the day off which was sunny after a couple minutes of rain. Said they were going to cut the steel and arrived the next day and cut steel bright and early hammering it on my driveway right next to my car. Wanted to use my power on back porch and when that didn't work they wanted me to leave my door open so they could use an outlet inside when they had a generator the whole time. They got cement all over the back of the house and only after I came out did they clean it off. Dumped cement and cement water all over my yard where i planted grass seed. read more

Our lovely dishwasher drained water under the cabinets and we couldn't get to it. We were referred to DryPro. From start to finish they were nothing short of fantastic. Adrian (the owner) came out as well as an employee. They were beyond great. They explained what they were doing, were both very friendly and knowledgable. They assessed the situation with a cool reader and set us up with a powerful dehumidifier. The following day Adrian came back out to do more readings/inspection and determined the moisture was gone. I had an kitchen that had sewage come up through the kitchen sink and outflow underneath the sink. We had really heavy rains and I guess it flooded the sewage drains, because literally raw sewage was EVERYWHERE all over the floor, under the sink, in the cabinets..... OMG words don't describe it. I called Dry Pro first thing in the morning, and he was onsite in under 1 hour to assess the situation. He had 2 trucks onsite within the hour. They had to completely rip out the entire kitchen, throw out everything, and sanitize the entire area. They couldn't have been more timing and more professional. Emergencies that take place at an office environment can really impact business, but the guys at DRY PRO lived up to their name!! I now have basically a brand new kitchen, and thanks to Adrian and his team there was ZERO impact to my business! I have and will recommend DRY PRO to everyone that has an emergency like mine!!! Do NOT accept services from this man even if you insurance company recommends him. Adrian Tolentino contributed to stressing a 74 y/o woman and ended up in the hospital. His poor attempt at restoration of a suite on the side of her house, resulted in having to fire him. He left tons of garbage on the property, and we do not know if this garbage contains the asbestos and mold that he was paid to remove for weeks before being fired. The story: this little old lady had a rental suit, where the hot water heater burst and caused a mold issue. The insurance company recommended Mr. Tolentino. It is unclear whether all receipts to purchased supplies was provided. He did NOT allow the client to select the vanity, sink or provide options to remodeling the suite. He only gave her a choice of tile after she asked for tile to be place instead of carpet. He asked her for cash on several occasions, instead of requesting from the insurance company and did not provide receipts. He recommended tradesmen who did poor work (poorly laid tile). To my understanding, as soon as she fired him he turned in a notice that the job was completed to the home insurance company and collected the full amount as if the job was completed. The homeowners insurance closed the account and now she is unable to claim anymore repairs for the project and must spend out of pocket. Highly dishonest and disgusting customer service. Mr. Tolentino was hired to help facilitate the restoration of this space and ended up stressing this 74 y/o woman. Soon afterwards, she ended up in the hospital, and has taken three weeks for her to come home with rehab. I tell this story, because I am the caregiver who moved in with her, which allowed her come home and not be sent to an assisted living/ Nursing home. Don't trust this man to help you. Look at his resume, and you will find he is not an experienced contractor. And our experience with him has resulted in life changing stress that he directly contributed to.
