We just needed a sanitization and a quick wash because the house has been empty for a few months prior to us arriving. I asked for a deep clean That including the refrigerator inside and out the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, light fixtures, all of that. I've been getting cleaning services for over 15 years and this has to be the worst one. There is visible food and stain still on the inside of all of my cabinets on the top of the fridge on the fridge doors. I'm having to go back and re-clean everything despite paying $500 for this service. Not only was the cleaning sub par - they spent 6 hours here 'according to them' and did what? I mean clearly NOT a deep clean. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely lied to, gaslit and taken advantage of because we were out of town when we ordered the service. Extremely disappointed. And to top it off. They were not even easy to deal with or communicate with.

He left the job incomplete and me without a toliet and shower! So unprofessional especially since it's been a week without a shower. I told him not use a vacuum on tile floor since it can leave scratches, he disagreed and stated I need a central vacuum. The next day while cleaning up before leaving he used his "shop" vacuum to clean up my tile. After would he stated "see you need a central vacuum. ". I then noticed dozens of scratches from his metal bottom shop vacuum. It was the end of the day and he had to leave for appointment. I figured we would speak eh next day but nope he mentioned nothing. I texted Sunday that we need to talk Monday about the damages and credit. I told him I would eat the cost of the tile but like a credit for the labor. Monday came and I had an appointment so I left the key. When I got home Ray took his tools, leaving me a bill for $2500 minus $500 for damaged tile. that barley covers the cost of tiling and he spent 5 days installing at $1700. To leave a job incomplete at his stage is unprofessional and not even to talk out a solution that leaves all happy is just wrong.

I needed major help, and Jason was amazing to work with. He was quick and responsive, and got me scheduled right away. He was experienced enough to know what had to be done, honest enough to let me know what I could get away with, and smart enough to plan it all out perfectly. The cat urine one was the real concern, because the two rooms were actually unlivable; I feared that they were a complete loss. Jason managed to perfectly repair and seal everything away, and after that work it was 100% better. Those rooms were done so well that I moved my master bedroom into that space, and it's been wonderful. For floor with fire damage, he came up with a plan that suited my needs exactly: safe, solid, and I didn't care if it was a little ugly. All of Jason's work was well planned, his prices were absolutely reasonable, and the end result couldn't have been better. (Especially the 2 main rooms - I mean WOW, that's been a life changer. Cat urine is basically impossible to just clean away or cover up.) If you have serious work that needs to be done right, call up ATC. You'll get a solution that makes sense, work done well, at a price you can afford. I could not ask for better, and I recommend his work to anyone.
