So after a few tries, I left a message asking that they contact either myself or my tenants. It took three weeks to get a call back. When I finally did get called back, I asked that they contact my tenants so they could go to the house, see what needed to be done, and give me a firm estimate. As of this date, three weeks later, they have contacted neither myself nor my tenants. What a bunch of unprofessional jerks.

The entire project went very smoothly and we were consulted every step of the way. The work to our home has been stunning. They never disturbed our living space throughout the project and kept their work site extremely clean - they even took special care to ensure our cat was well cared for throughout the entire project. My wife was pregnant throughout the entire project and they went our of their way to discuss the implications of any and all materials they were using. Of all the great things I can say about Peachtree Builders, the biggest thing I need to stress is how amazing they were at communicating from day one to the last day working together. Each and every email, call and text was followed up on quickly, professionally and full of information we needed to help make a decision. On top of all this, the work itself is extremely high quality. We can't recommend them enough. We will use Peachtree Builders anytime we have another project on our house.

Very nice, very professional and very efficient. I can't stress enough just how precise and meticulous the work was. As an added bonus, Kim helped me pick colors and make design choices that really made my home look the way I wanted. They have a really good eye. They patched several holes and dings in the walls and fixed some chewed up trim from dog damage. Now I want to get the upstairs painted! In terms of communication, they were excellent. Very prompt reply (we're talking a matter of hours after I first reached out to them). Any decisions made during the project were quick. They were always reachable by phone. There were several annoying little problems that they also addressed in the course of the job (broken light switch, busted knob). They fixed everything they encountered which was a real relief to me.
