The driver…read moreof the van was illegally driving across the parking lot of the Spotsylvania Town Center rather than following the lanes. The van turned only feet in front of me into the lane I was driving down to find a parking spot. Immediately after blocking the lane, the van stopped. I could not pass and their were no open spots where I was stuck at. After nearly a minute of sitting still, I honked at the van, which then parked only one spot further than it was stopped at the spot had been empty the whole time, the driver was not waiting for anyone to move. I attempted to address the illegality and rudeness of his actions, but the only thing the diver said was an angry "I don't care." I sincerely hope the other employees to not share this attitude. I called the company to let them know about their driver's behavior. I was instructed to call back in two hours.

After being quoted $15 per pair of faux leather bottoms, I decided against having them serviced since that was far more expensive than the at-home wash and dry I could do myself. I dropped my items off on a Tuesday afternoon and they were ready two days later. I should have known this was an issue when I was rushed to measure the cut then pay. Based on the reviews here, I went ahead with the order. When I picked up the Jeans up today, they were a basic speed hem, not even euro, and were completely sloppy, crooked, and carelessly done. The worst I have ever gotten. They wouldn't refund me the money. Said they use an external person for alternations like that is some kind of excuse to not refund slop work done via their business. And they sure had no problem taking my money for it to be done. Now I'm out a brand new pair of jeans $50 and this extortionate $30 junk hem. Look elsewhere for honest, professional alterations because it isn't here.
