When my realtor saw the work Norm and his crew did in the two units, she gushed praises for how good Norm made our property look. She even cussed a bit, and she doesn't normally swear. Here's a direct quote from the text she sent me, "IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!" Norm checked all of the boxes you want a contractor to check. High quality workmanship. Check. Reasonable on price. Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough. If you want your place painted by a guy who will make it look SOOOOOO GOOOOD, then I think you need to hire Norm.

As far as Marco, he may think he completed the fence and gate job, but I can prove the gate does not shut flat and that I am using zip ties on the cheap latch in an effort to keep it shut. He left broken fence slats with exposed screws on the front of the fence. If you do not attempt to resolve these problems, I will file a small claims case against you.

John came to the house for the estimate and was pleasant and professional. He gave us a price and a timeline of 2-21/2 days. The project was begun when they promised. The painter showed up and was conscientious and professional as well. We had asked for a bump out in the crown molding to hide a curtain rod. This is where problems began. Was not pleased, at all with the installation of the bump out. It was cheap and ugly. I asked John to fix it and he told me this is standard and would not fix his shoddy work without a change order and more money. Also, this is into day six of the 2 1/2 day job. I'm out 3 days of pay, so l can be here for the project. The unfortunate thing is that the people that work for John are good people that try to do the right thing. But, in YOUR house, it's done HIS way. He refused to fix his work, so I guess I'll see him in court

Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best.
