The mashed potatoes are real potatoes, not boxed. My husband had the chicken fajita wrap. He says it was hot and juicy, contents were well seasoned and well cooked. Fries were crispy without being burnt. Our server was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. We were here in December, only complaint is I don't think the bathrooms are heated, it was very chilly in there. One other thing to note, if you order root beer, it is birch beer and is very sweet (for my own future knowledge, I don't care for it).

Ambiance was dark- like a bar-type of atmosphere- which didn't matter because it was an overcast day in Ohio. It was also more of a sports var as there were lots of TV screens. I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich after being assured by my server that it was one of her favorites. It came with delicious French Fries. The sandwich was good but not amazing. For my taste, the chicken was a bit overcooked, but better than undercooked. The fries were delicious, even though I only ate a few. Before I went to college, I worked in a nice seafood restaurant and our nightly task was to make sure ketchup containers were full. Therefore, I noticed that my container of ketchup was down to the last few squirts. Never a good thing/sound! Overall, not a bad place to eat, but nothing worth going out of your way to try, imo. I see that others gave it better reviews, so this is my experience, Pictures below...

TL;DR Excellent neighborhood bar with better than average food…read more This place is comfortable and friendly, but this is definitely a working man's neighborhood bar...just a little rough around the edges. The decor is all over the place! FOOD: I was impressed by the menu. I have never seen Flaming Saganaki on the menu at a neighborhood bar before! GTSB&G has a bit of a Greek flavor. On the menu, you'll find Greek chicken parm, a legit Greek salad, gyro, and chicken gyro, and Saganaki! I did not ask to see if they have OUZO! I didn't have any of the Greek food, but I will say that the GT burger (hold the bacon, add some mayo) was fantastic. 1/2 pound of tasty beef cooked to a perfect medium well. The toppings were fresh and high-quality. Even the French fries, although a little soggy, were delicious. I didn't drink, but it seems as though there is a pretty average selection of draft beer, maybe above average for the type of bar that this is. SERVICE: The service was pretty good. My food came out pretty quickly and the bar maid was very friendly. As the place started to fill up more, I noticed that she was doing a good job at keeping up with all the orders. So far, so good. 4 stars for now. I will be back to try some the other food. If it compares favorably to the burger, good times we will get another star!

The bar is very nice, big bar. we like to sit at the bar when we try a place. Great place to watch sports. Big cheap beers, hand cut fries are awesome. I am telling you though these burgers are worth driving for. We got both burgers on Texas Toast. Absolutely delicious and the price was right $12 burgers with hand cut fries. I highly Highly recommend this place. I don't think you'll find a better burger and if you do please let me know where. My new favorite place even if I have to drive 20 minutes to get it.

We had a great spot in the booth so prime visual of the TVs and the rest of the restaurant. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating and our food didn't take too long. My BLT came with an aioli sauce which was so tasty. If I happen to come here again I would definitely order the same. It was clearly a popular spot with the locals too.

I also heard they rent out space on the second floor and was going to inquiry about that for a party this summer but after today's experience, hell no! We went in and sat at the bar, ordered a drink, simple one with Tito's but it was wrong. That's not what bothered me, the fact that so many ppl walked by and never asked about it or asked anything says something. Also got to hear a lot of complaining. Isn't that what you love? 99% certain the person 18 inches in front of us, working was complaining about a drink made for a customer. They didn't like it and his response was that they could leave. I did call him out on that, you can tell I embarrassed him and he said he was talking about a co-worker. I'm pretty sure he was trying to cover, I know what I heard but he was embarrassed. It has been years but I've been a server, bartender, etc. the conversations are going to take place but you don't do it directly in front of customers.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience at Firepit Grille. My mother and I had reservations…read morefor two at 3:00 PM for Easter brunch and specifically requested a booth. Upon arrival, the already small lobby was completely overcrowded, to the point where there was barely room to move. It honestly felt like a fire hazard with people constantly trying to squeeze in and out. The only update we received from the hostess, Victoria, was that they were "backed up," delivered with a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude. There was no organization, no guidance, and no effort to manage the situation or accommodate guests. To make matters worse, there was nowhere to wait except outside. When we asked if we would receive a text when our booth was ready, Victoria responded sarcastically, saying, "You think I can text all these numbers on this list? There's no way to do that." That level of unprofessionalism was completely unacceptable. After waiting 20 minutes past our reservation time with no clear communication or plan, we decided to leave. The lack of organization, poor communication, and rude service made for a very off-putting experience--especially on a holiday. Unfortunately, this experience has made us very hesitant to return.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by friendly wait staff and shown to our reserved table. The ambiance is upscale with dim lighting. We were there for a book club luncheon and the restaurant wasn't busy or noisy, which was perfect for us. The menu offered a nice variety of options. While the restaurant is known for barbecue and pizza, most of us ordered sandwiches and salads. Our server seemed to be very new, but was polite and pleasant. She was on top of drink refills, which was good because Coke and Iced Tea were $3.00. Funny thing but someone in our party ordered a gin and tonic and that also was $3.00. Our food orders were slow to come out and our server couldn't keep track of who ordered what, which wasn't a big deal since we were a group of approximately ten. Not all orders came out at once, so some were eating and some were waiting. I ordered a veggie burger with cheese and a side of ranch. When the plate came out, there was no cheese or ranch dressing. Our server took my plate back to the kitchen and I also requested a slice of tomato. I found the veggie burger very bland but edible. The fries were plentiful but I only ate a couple. Nobody raved about the food but I didn't hear any complaints either. A lot of our group took home leftovers. When the checks came, we learned that 22% gratuity had been added to each check because we were a large table. I also learned that the cheese for my veggie burger had an upcharge of .99 for the cheese and.50 for the ranch dressing. We enjoyed our discussion and socializing in a nice ambiance. I was underwhelmed by my meal, so wouldn't run back anytime soon. If I were to dine here again, I'd probably try the pizza. A photo of my veggie burger is posted below.
