Today, my husband brought me there and surprise me with an Air turn duo blue tooth to help me with the lyrics scrolling when I am using the Ultimate Guitar tab app. They were very helpful and friendly! I called the Arlington Heights GC today to talk to a. Guitar tech about brining in 2 guitars. I tried for 30-40min to get someone on the line, it just rang. I eventually called the main sales floor, and the guy answers, "hello guitar center" very cold. No "high this is Steve, Arlington heights guitar center, how can I help you".... Like most business would answer the phone. It felt like I was I inconveniencing him. I voiced my displeasure of not being able to reach anyone. He said," oh yeah.. one guy called in sick and the other has the day off". Why would their phones not be forwarded to the front so the main desk or floor could answer to inform customers so we don't waste our time? I asked if anyone would be in tomorrow (knowing one guy was sick)... he's like oh I don't know their schedules. Just try calling tomorrow. Completely unhelpful or uninformed staff. If I calm the gym, they can tell me when lifeguards are at the pool during hours etc. very poor service. Avoid this place. It's crazy how bad it's gotten. I'm not the only reviewer about this location and lack of service or customer service etiquette,

Although I had some music background, I really didn't know anything about singing and she patiently brought me from not knowing chest voice and head voice to being able to confidently sing throughout my entire range. There were times I really struggled with understanding singing and Jennifer was always patient and encouraging. And I get to spend some time each lesson working on singing any song I'd like to work on. That's fun! I play keyboards and guitar in some local bands, and sing backup, and I've gotten a lot of feedback about how much my singing has improved since I started taking lessons from Jennifer. I feel like my lessons with her are my secret weapon for getting really good at singing! I thought that music schools were mainly geared towards children, but the quality of instruction was way more than adequate for learning voice as an adult and helping me with the singing I currently do professionally. I definitely recommend the Schaumburg School of Music in general, and Jennifer in particular, to anyone who wants to learn an instrument or learn or develop their singing voice. Even people who already sing professionally!

We we looking to purchase more classes for our daughter but based on how Marjorie handled this situation we will take our business somewhere else.
