They quoted me the highest price for the fares when I found the trip cheaper on line through Apple they gave me the hardest time about adjusting the price to the new price. When I picking up my Apple tickets Cindy forgot to include one of the tickets upon our arrival in Jamaica the hotel was horrible. It was a disaster allowing Gurnee Travel to book your vacation trip is like having someone legal blind schedule your travel. He's incredibly fair with his rates and if you're not sold yet, he goes so far above and beyond. I missed my flight back to California because of some ridiculous baggage issue, leaving me stressed out worried about lodging and he called around and found me a hotel for the night!!
