I received a call stating they could not locate my initial deposit and asked me to find proof of payment on my end. As a customer, this immediately raised concerns about the company's internal processes, but I chose to brush it off despite my gut feeling that something was off. Unfortunately, the issues continued. After the card on file expired, I attempted to set up automatic payments for my stay but was told a system glitch prevented the changes from being processed. Despite the issue being outside of my control, I received numerous calls regarding my account. Even after my balance was paid in full, the calls continued. The company rarely answers incoming calls directly, yet they are very persistent with callbacks. To make matters worse, one customer service representative, David, was consistently condescending, discourteous, and unprofessional during our interactions. I also have yet to receive the promotional gift offered as part of my booking, despite completing all required steps and paying my deposit. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was little they could do because the promotion was handled by a third party. Since the offer was presented as part of the booking experience, this response was disappointing. At this point, I feel my concerns have not been adequately addressed, and I have been unable to obtain any refund despite the ongoing issues. I sincerely hope my stay is a better experience than the booking process has been, and I will update this review after my trip
