I would give them zero stars if I could.
They are very disorganized.
My daughter signed herself up for the basic course, and I decided I wanted her to take the upgraded "value" course. I called the toll free number, and was told no problem, I could do that when I went in to the school to pay.
I went to the school 3 times to try to pay prior to the course date, and there was nobody there. I went on the first day of class, and the person there said to come in after class as it would take some time to process a payment. I did this, and he then told me he couldn't accept debit or credit card payment, and that I should pay by phone.
I went home and called the toll free number, they would have been happy to take my payment, but when I said I wanted her in the value course, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes, and when she came back I was told that she could not arrange it. I would have to be contacted on the next day. She called me back several hours later, and said she could arrange it after all. She then said she couldn't allow me to have the current $100 discount because my daughter signed up before it was offered. At that point I told her I would remove my daughter from the course and enroll her at a more organized drivers school. She put me on hold for another 10 minutes, and when she returned, she said I could have the discount. At this point, I decided that it would be in my daughter's best interest to go to a more established driving school. I went there in the first place because I have always trusted the Canadian Tire brand, but maybe I should rethink this as well. read more
