I am glad they've removed (or they have moved on) a couple of employees-- a mexican, short woman at the registers and a huge white woman at the register, and a woman at the cutting counter with long light brown hair who was at the old store I think. I think her name was Chris or something like that, it started with a C. Now the employees are are very pleasant, especially the lady with the long blonde hair. I haven't met the person who does the classes. I do wish you would hire a male person though. I travel a lot and this has been the best JoAnn's I've ever been to.

This shop is sort of boutique style, selling knitted and crocheted items, local photography, and beadwork. A lot of creative energy going on in here! I have to say my service was horrible .... not only did the woman working (who I'm sure is the owner/operator) make me feel very rushed (while I was the only customer in the store) she also made me feel as I was a complete inconvenience to her day! The owner of this business needs to realize Gananoque is a small town and treating people in the manner in which I was treated will not make for a successful business...good luck!
