This location is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was getting my federal compliant ID and had heard stories of people having to make multiple trips. I checked online ahead of time and was pretty sure I had what I needed. I was greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman who confirmed I had checked in online properly and my space in line was reserved. I filled out a form and waited just a couple minutes for my number to be called. The person at the counter was friendly and helped me with my ID and two license plate renewals, with some nice conversation while she completed the registrations. All in, less than 15 minutes later, everything was done in a quick, professional way and I was on my way! Hard to believe you can enjoy an experience at the BMV but it's true! Next time you need the BMV, I recommend this location.

I'd been given all the paperwork I needed and was told to head straight to the BMV since it was close by. But after being turned away at the door (they only accept so many people in the lobby at once), checking in online, waiting, finally being allowed in, waiting again for my number to be called, finally getting to a person, filling out a page of paperwork and handing it over, I was then told I had to process my name change with Social Security first. Of course social security is by appointment only and seemed to think the BMV should've been able to help me either way. God forbid I get everything done at once. But I have to say that the woman I spoke with here was very kind and helpful in the way she answered all of my questions. Apparently if you're military you can accomplish everything over the phone and online. So that's what I will do in the future!

The woman at the front window was warm, pleasant and resourceful with the people in front of me in line, as well as with myself, kindly sharing options and official information in the nicest way possible. I was seen quickly and my examiner (7108) was friendly, thorough and clear in all directions without being overly official or intimidating. She was kind and I felt put at ease during what could have been a fraught experience. She was also patient as I continually thought out loud to keep myself focused throughout the test . While my score wasn't perfect, I still passed, and I know it was in part due to the calm, relaxed, and professional demeanor of fhe staff at this station. You all enabled me to do my best despite great anxiety. Thank you for making the transition home smoother, Seven Hills staff! I will forever be grateful.

I am always in and out here in no time with actual friendly service, which isnt common at most BMVs. I currently live near a bigger location, which I tried once and it was horrible, so this license renewal I came right back here. I tried to "get in line" ahead from the website, but that really didnt save me any time, because they still require you to check in upon arrival behind others who are already there. No big deal, because they were still very prompt. The lady taking my new photo was even nice enough to try and help me get a good pic (again, totally uncommon). While I dont want to give away my secret, so this becomes busy, I figured they deserved some praise!

I wanted to make sure I had the proper documents, (and if TSA would really accept an expired license because there was no way to find out from the airport.) But when I called the BMV the day before, whoever answered wasn't sure. When I tried to call back before going many times, no one ever answered the phone. Of course Saturday is crazy busy, with parking even hard to find. I'd recommend going on a weekday. The system for waiting was very efficient, with a machine to enter your cell so you'd be texted, as well as your line number displayed up on a monitor when ready. I only waited 15 minutes, which wasn't bad considering the crowd. The driver's license renewal went smoothly. I guess there's some kind of system back up, because my license had to be mailed out 4-6 weeks later. They gave me a print out of it I could use wherever needed. There was major confusion though over our handicapped hang tag. They'd given us one with a wrong number on it previously and told us to come back in for a new one (in a handwritten letter.) The clerks asked for the letter, which we didn't have. They decided after talking it out amongst themselves in front of us that our current tag is fine. I really hope so! I was also able to register to vote and change my address at this bureau. Tips: they take cash, credit or check. This bureau also does title transfers and title service, has a notary service and many other services.
