If you would like to spend $25.00 plus tip, to go about 3 miles, then this so called company is for you. If I was to never use this company again it would be too soon. Very nasty cars (the unit i was in was unreal...i think i sat in some Jerry curl or something that was very greasy and smelled)), not a very friendly driver, etc. After arriving, i asked what to total on the meter would be close to since i was only going about 3 miles. Right away, mr. Dreadlocks spat out $25.00! The meter, well, it was never used...never turned on! Never again will i use this company and will tell all people I know and my school. Would be cheaper to rent a car using my insurance policy with geico. Now i know and knowing is half the battle!

Use Blue Cab…read more they both are ridiculous with charging, but courtesy is disrespectful with there over charging. Not to mention their customer service skills are nonexistent. They charged me 30$ to go 7 miles, at first trying to charge me 40!; when Blue Cab charges 20 to 25, which is also unreal, but better than courtesy cab. Not to mention somehow it takes them 45 min to come IF they come, when Blue takes maybe 15. Then if they come, don't see anyone immediately, they'll leave no call, nothing. Just Rude. So next time you need a cab, save yourself some money, and keeping a positive attitude, call Blue Cab. Or beg a friend lol.

He is screening calls trying to avoid us ,we have contacted authorities but nothing done yet. Seems like they aren't prepared for taxi services. They have a rule that you must pay the cost before you go, but they use AI to send invoices. They mailed me a notice that had no invoice, no link to pay and no word on how much it costs. Sort of important things to know, doncha think? I called PT and they said they'd push my time back by an hour, and I so informed them of that. But 38 minutes after the first notice went out, I'm still waiting for an invoice telling me what I owe and how to pay it, These people may be great at the non-emergency Medical operation where you deal with appointments made far in advance. But as a taxi service, it's ridiculous. Complaining that it was short notice means to me you can't handle what you say you do. And any company who bills with AI is flirting with disaster. What would it cost them to have on-call drivers, or an actual human being doing the billing? More than these folks are willing to pay! It will be Uber next time despite the huge prices they charge. I wouldn't have had this run around with them!
