Really affordable, nothing expensive at all. I would highly encourage and recommend DD's services to anyone located in the Las Vegas area. No appointments needed, but I highly recommend booking an appointment for faster service. Quick response times, and family discounts as well. The service was so amazing, there were other options for Notary services that I refused to accept, because there is no other service that would compare to the quality-of-service DD Notary provides. Very professional, clean, and family oriented environment. DEFINITELY DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING NO QUESTIONS!!!

I…read morebrought my 7-year-old daughter with me, and as soon as we walked in, I was warmly greeted by the woman at the front desk. She explained everything clearly and showed me how to scan the board to fill out my information. While I was completing the paperwork, another staff member was cleaning the lobby area which already looked spotless! They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Fingerprinting Express for any fingerprinting needs. They also offer notary, passport, and visa photo services, and I would absolutely return for those services in the future.

Something that should not happen if you advertise you can provide this service. I had to make new ones on the spot costing me extra. When contacting the company over the phone they simply pointed out their no refund policy and basically told me it was my fault and should have checked it. When you offer services and have people pay for it I expect that the product is correct and they know what they are doing. Long story short, better to find a photographer that your embassy or consulate approved instead of going to fingerprint express and be swindled out of your money.
