Since 2015 I have chosen to do business with Driven Ins. mainly cause of the Agent Shawn Harrell located in Phoenix location. This agent makes it hard for other companies to do business with me. 5 months ago I left Driven simply cause my Sorority got a small discount with coverage with another company . This was the worst mistake ever. One bad agent and I was missing the service I get with Shawn. I called Shawn and he was able to get my policy started so I could end my ongoing insurance issues. After carefully reviewing my policy with the Lizard Company he educated me on what I didn't have covered as well as what I normally carried with Driven. This company tried to price match Driven by removing coverage that I normally would have with Driven. Shawn being the excellent agent he is made me want to do business with Driven again. I also would have been aware of the missing coverage. Shawn knows how to speak with customers, he educates us on what's included in our policy. He is very detailed and ask discovery questions to make sure he puts you in the policy that fits our needs. Shawn makes you feel like you are a party of the Driven family. This is important to me as it should be to anyone who reads my post. I had a fantastic experience with Pat. He is a great underwriter and phenomenal with the customer service. I spoke with him a few times (over the period of a week), trying to get my DMV stuff in order before proceeding with payment & signing off on the new policy. He was prepared and familiar with my situation, knowledgeable and always had my vehicle and policy info prepped and ready to go! He was patient and considerate at all times, very professional and a pleasure to work with. This guy really is fantastic and I'm pleased to have someone that I can count on to address my insurance needs. Pat, if you read this, thank you a hundred times over! The rates were great. As a student, I don't have a lot of spare cash & just wanted the basic liability requirements to cover an older car in CA... Hello fellow Yelpers! My experience with Pat and the Driven Insurance team was fantastic. I have a vehicle that I converted into a cargo/art supply bus. Due to the change, finding insurance was next to impossible on my own. I was expecting to pay close to a thousand bucks for one year of insurance- and let me tell you as an artist that amount of money doesn't feel good/ I can't count that high. Haha anyways, my discouraging experience finding insurance led me to asking for the Driven Insurance Underwriter's help. I text Pat a picture of my strango-weirdo vehicle. With in a few minutes he had enlisted a team, including the manager's help. They checked 5 different avenues of how to insure this monstrosity of a vehicle. Oh my god - I was harassed on the phone by a manager named Steven Simpson. He refused to stop calling me. I told him to stop calling me and he wouldn't stop. In fact, he started to call me every minute from a blocked number than from his own work number. I found out his name when I called him back to tell him to stop harassing me. I was at the hospital for personal reasons and when I told him I couldn't talk to him because I was at the hospital. He just ignored me and went off on how he could save me money on insurance. I hung up the phone and he just kept calling me almost every minute for 15 minutes. Than he would call me again consecutively for hours later. I finally got the name of his business and had to ask his coworkers for help. That this crazy manager was harassing me all day. Talk about a crazy experience - my god. read more

I had a verh good experience with this insurance company, especially with the man i spoke with. his name is Xavier, he was very helpful and well mannered, he was patient with me and was able to answer all my questions he was quick and thorough and efficient. he seemed to have very good customer skills and a calm happy voice, which is a big plus in my book. Xavier should most deffinately be commended for his work efforts & his work ethics. i will be asking for him specifically anytime i need assistance for anything. I am so happy with the customer service I received today! Martha was so kind and went the extra mile to help me when my policy was cancelled due to an error or my carriers part. She listened to my complaint without interrupting and repeated the issue to let me know she understood and then followed up with the carrier and solved my problem which resulted in my policy being reinstated at no charge! The issue was handled in a matter of hours not days and she took all of the stress away! If I could give her more stars I would, she is a gem! read more

It felt good to finally meet agents that treated me and my driving record like a client and not like a criminal. All the other companies saw nothing but money signs when I stepped into the offices.
