We haven't done a detail since we bought the car two years ago, so this was a long time coming. Emely was happy to help us when I arrived, and made the process seamless, and outlined the turnaround time, and also help me with explaining a potential tinting of our windows, and gave us an estimate on that. When I returned for the car, the car was immaculate, so clean you'd think you don't even need to buy a car for the next 25 years. We also have a dog that drives in the car frequently, not to mention whatever stains and since we're in the car from the previous owner, and even then, the car looked fantastic, the rugs look like freshly mowed lawn, and it was just spotless. With JB being so close to the house, and how well of a job they did, on top of Emely's customer service, I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

They were honest about what my car would need and allowed me to change my mind a few times. I'm a first time new mom and my car was FILTHY. I got the most expensive interior detail package and an exterior wash. Both are extremely reasonably priced considering they come to you with everything! You don't need a hose hook up or an outlet as they have all of that in their van. The detailer showed up early which I appreciated and patiently waited while I cleared all of the crap out of my car. He was quick, but very thorough! We will be using them again for our regular washes at the house as you cannot get this kind of attention to detail at the local busy car wash.

I LOVE my little 2008 Honda CRV EX-L and try to take good care of it…read more On this last trip I noticed my headlights looked a bit hazy so it I called around to see if I could find someone who could get them nice and clear. I turned to Yelp, of course and after reading the reviews, I called California Car Glass. I spoke with Sam who patiently explained the process. He also mentioned that he can detail my car as well... wash, clay bar to remove the ground in dirt, polish, clean inside, dress tires so my little car will look brand new. He also mentioned that my tires were worn and for my safety, recommended I replace them. He did not try to sell me tires and I certainly appreciate him making that observation. The quote was reasonable so we schedule an appointment go 9:30 am. I arrived on time and met Eric. He was very polite and assured me it would be finished by 1pm. At around 12:30pm Sam sent me photo of my little car... all clean and shiny! I arrived shortly after and yes, "she" was all pretty again. Sam was great explaining the best way to keep the headlight clear and my paint nice and shiny. He then noticed my registration sticker was expired and helped me put the new one on. Besides doing a great job of restoring my headlights, I love that Sam takes the time to assess the entire car and make suggestions. Thank you Sam. I'm really glad I found you. Please send Eric my appreciation.

Hired this company to detail my car. The bulk of the work was done pretty well, so credit where…read moreit's due. The problem: I was left with streaky residue on my windshield and roof that wasn't there before, and it doesn't come off with water. When I raised it, they claimed the marks were "already present" and blamed an automatic car wash, despite the fact that I've never taken my car through one and never had this issue with my previous detailer. They did then attempt to come clean it off, but stopped halfway. The proposed next step was to treat it with acid -- an aggressive chemical that risks etching glass and damaging trim, and overkill for what is clearly leftover product from the wash. On top of that, they expected me to drive the car to the shop to fix their own mistake, meaning I'd have to pay for an Uber both ways and take time out of my day. When I pointed that out and asked if they could come to me instead, they stopped responding entirely.

Took a day to travel around to quite a few shops and inspect their current work. It wasn't even close. Got a frozen grey that I wrapped with the Xpel stealth satin. The wrap job is best in the Bay, everything is so tucked, no one believes it's wrapped. I have to open the doors to show them. The finish is incredible. The staff are top notch professionals. Seamlessly functioning, capable and knowledgeable. Joe, the owner, is really good at describing exactly how things will turn out. Very helpful when in getting the exact look you want the on the first try. And very passionate about doing it perfectly. Also experts in vinyl, tinting and ceramic coating. You can tell immediately how much he values his team. He treats his staff like family, and it shows in their work. Everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do, and they really do live up to the "OCD" name when it comes to attention to detail. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.
