I texted the number on the website two weeks later and was told there were issues with the website. Signed up for class, which was then canceled by Cardinal. Was offered option for online classes at no additional cost and it took multiple attempts and contacts to get that working. Every time I emailed Tina (twice), I was ignored. I would then have to text Sheila in Columbus, who would contact Tina and tell her to respond to me. Finally got scheduled for driving times (after emailing Tina twice, being ignored, texting Sheila, and then having to wait two months for openings). At first drive, Tina seemed impatient and irritable. She failed to show up for second drive (with no heads-up that she wasn't coming), and was 10 minutes late for third drive. Had to contact Tina and Sheila multiple times over a month to get ONE HOUR of driving time made up from when Tina no-showed. Sheila in Columbus was great. Tina in Findlay, DO BETTER!!

She also cancelled on 07/30/16. She never rescheduled. My husband, myself and son tried to call her on several occasions with no response. On 08/20/16 my son received a text from her. She offered and sent a $70 refund. This is unacceptable due to this was the most important part of the contract that she breached. She still doesn't return calls. She cannot enter into a refund agreement with my minor son.

to start, the location is obviously very run down and not welcoming. the entire place smells like…read morethe chinese restaurant next door (like frying oil). the place doesn't even have a proper sign. the driving examiner (didn't catch his name) was very lowkey rude. he tries to act like a nice guy, but he truly isn't. i told him i did my drivers education through a different company and he went on and bashed the company that i went through. he went on to say that the owner of the company doesn't care and just wants your money (which is very odd because i looked up how much ADS drivers ed is and it's the same price, hmm weird). i find it crazy how ADS doesn't even have a nice looking car for their drive times either. maybe should be updated. i gave the examiner a heads up that i was extremely anxious and have severe anxiety, but during the test i tried to turn right on red (which is my fault, not saying that it's his) and he proceeded to scream at the top of his lungs telling me to stop. i get that i shouldn't have done that and that it was dangerous but there was absolutely no need to scream at the top of your lungs like that. he then proceeded to thank me for getting his cardio in for the day, very unprofessional. if you're considering doing your drivers test here, don't.

Its super easy to get to from IL, IN, MI,PA. They work hard to keep the grounds in good condition and have good shower facilities. I've camped here 4 times for Indycar and IMSA and this has to be one of the best deals for a race weekend. The camping pass we purchased can with two tickets and didn't require a separate wristband on top of all that. Would highly recommend going to and staying for an event!

The instructor wanted to sit in his car and play on his phone instead of teaching. Then would yell at you for not learning the way he wanted. Spoke to office staff 3 times about the problem and their reaction was to kick me out after the third time I talked to them. The instructor had his entire class fail the class before mine. That is 100% fail rate. The school refused to put another instructor in his place. They charged almost 4500.00 to attend class. Huge waist of time!!
