Horrible dealership, horrible customer service from the General Manager. They sold us a van with a…read moresecond lien on it after showing me a false auto report showing a clear title. Told me the previous owner was a regular customer and they have moved the lien from car to car many times before. Took them almost four months to get the title clear so we could get plates. Joe Smith was almost annoyed that we were asking so many questions like "Will my car get repoed by the State?", silly things like that... I would stay far away from this dealer, they brag about customer service and really have no idea what the concept really is all about.

I'm so sure they have someone there know how to fix cars, but obviously not the one who worked on…read moremine. I told them what I suspected was wrong, and they fixed something else, then of course I had to let them fix my car again for what I was suggested before. They even want me to pay for the tow because of their mistake. I don't really think I will let them fix my car anymore. Although, they did "something" to my car, but it didn't fix my problem, and I had to pay $200+ more than I needed to.
