He's my primary care physician. Had an appointment recently. He didn't even listen to my heart, lungs, nothing! I him to order blood work, it's been almost a year. I specifically requested my C Reactive Protein be tested. He flatly refused! I stressed the importance of knowing the level of inflammation in my body. He was completely inflexible and refused to order that test to be included in my blood work. Basically, if something can't be treated with a pharmaceutical he doesn't see the value of it and therefore will not test for it. I'm furious! read more

Went for a FREE annual Medicare Wellness check last year. Driss handed me off to his PA (quit, now practicing in Snowflake, Wonder why?). Exam done, no issues. Next year Driss sees me for FREE Medicare Wellness check. This time he bills Medicare $480 for the wellness check, Medicare says too much, Driss bills the balance to my supplemental insurance which then leaves me with a $138 bill for the deductible. $138 for a FREE Medicare checkup! And when I question being charged for a checkup Medicare says is free, the office girls want to argue and tell me to take it up with my insurance. This is bait & switch fraud. I'll find another doctor with more honesty who doesn't try to shake down his patients. Can't trust him to bill honestly; can't trust him with my health. read more

Dr. Driss, I use his title loosely, is not knowledgeable, compassionate, or conscientious. IMO, he's particularly poor with cardiac issues and has a terrible overall medical reputation in the community. His bedside manner is that of a bully and he is driven by the dollar. Was able to get an appointment scheduled in a timely manner. He also gave me multiple options for treatments and let me choose what I preferred. I didn't feel rushed, he answered my questions and I felt confident with his responses. I would recommend him to friends and family! Go to this doctor if you have a death wish!!!!!!!!!!! This doctor has no care for his patients and will disregard your request and let you suffer. Read the reviews....this guy is a true SCUMBAG as he enjoys denying necessary health care. Dr. Driss is passing his uncaring attitude to his P.A. and contaminating him with his uncaring attitude. This is a great place to go if you want your loved ones to die. Dr. Driss and his Wife are nothing but a bunch of pill pushing quacks that almost killed my Father. Dr. Driss will also have you see his wife so she can manage your pain, they will make you go into their office for excessive appointments all while reaping the benefits of charging your insurance. This guy is negligent and he is money hungry. He took my Father off of a beta blocker he had been on for years. His new Dr. said that is the reason why my Dad has heart failure now. (he sees his new Dr. far less as well) My Father Afibbed twice under this man's care. My Father would have died had we kept him under this man's care. His new Dr. told us this as well! Not only that after my Father made it clear that he no longer wanted to see Dr. Driss. His wife and his P.A. (not total conflict of interest, yeah right! My Dad had to see both of them at least once a month on separate occasions, so fishy, so greedy as well.) referred my Father to hospice this was 2 months after my Dad had left his practice. They don't even realize that a patient has left or did they not care and charge for the referral? Either way this place is also unprofessional. Stay away from this Dr. if you want your elderly loved ones to stay as healthy as they can. The only thing that these people should be practicing medicine on is Barbie Dolls and they really are not even good enough to be doing that! Look around on the local reviews as well, my Dad was lucky that Dr. has actually killed other people's family members with his lack of attention to IMPORTANT details! My Dog is more qualified to practice medicine then these guys are. If Dr Driss is you or a loved ones Dr. Have him removed immediately!! He will harm not help. Worst Dr ever. Prescribed medications that would have killed my father. When we went to the Pharmacy to pick them up the cashier was notified that the Pharmacist wanted to speak to my mother before. The 4 prescriptions would have killed my father. This man does not care. I cannot believe he is a Geriatric specialist! Summit Healthcare needs to investigate him! As it was it took days to nurse my father back to health after being under the care of Dr Driss for a week in Summit Health Care in Show Low. He intimates elderly, does not answer their questions. Is very demeaning. The nurses said "how would you like to have to work with him?" How he is allowed to work is unconscionable, this man needs to be removed!!!!ASAP! read more

Be sure to do all the research on your doctors you can, instead of settling for the first doctor you are seen by. This was our mistake. Fourteen months after the death of my beloved wife and I am still struggling to understand why Dr. Driss did almost nothing to really care for my wife. I say "almost nothing" because he did just enough for charges of neglect to be off the table. However, after 16 months of battleing cancer, as her primary care provider, he was the one who was supposed to pull all the information together. He was the one who was supposed to listen to her concerns and examine her aches and pains. There were so many complications in my wifes health that she should have been monitored closely, instead, when she would go in with pain he would send her away saying, "I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you. Go home and rest it will just take some time." In her last weeks my wife complained constantly to him about severe back pain. He turned her around and sent her home on several occasions. Finally a trip to the ER and a demand to have her back scanned, revealed an internal bleed in her lower back the size of a grapefruit. She did not survive the emergency surgery to fix the bleed. This was not the surgen's fault. This was not the nurses fault. This was not the oncologist's fault. This was Dr. Driss. During her 16 month battle with cancer he did the minimum, never going beyond the obvious or listening to my wife's concerns and pains. He dismissed her without a second glance. His nonchalance and horrible demenor speak not only for the man, but how he is as a doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone. Please Check the Arizona Medical Board website before choosing your doctor. If we had done this, maybe my wonderful wife would still be here today, or at least her last days would not have been spent in horrible pain. I have chosen to forgive this Doctor of all that he has put our fmaily through, though i will never forget. However, knowledge of his approach to his patients needs to be brought into the light so that maybe this same out come can be avoided again. This is my opinion. Driss was my sweet dear wife's PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR...She died under his care! His beside manner is atrocious to say the least. Treats one like running cattle through a branding shoot! Rough and gruff. Very unprofessional! He barely stays with a patient ten minutes or so then rushes off to the next room/patient. Never smiles or shows any sign of really caring for his patient. He does not listen to all the patient's concerns. Comes to a conclusion fast and expects not to be questioned. " What is it I've got to get back to the office." 'I just don't know what to do with you!' Many times says he does not know what to do and sends the patient away to another hospital, doctor or home. Delegates the patient to another doctor more than average to escape dealing with a problem situation he does not know how/wants to deal with.. Then he is going out of town for the weekend etc.... Does not discuss an overall PLAN for the patient! I will never ever recommend this man to anyone here on the White Mountains or actually anywhere in this country.
