Cryotherapy definitely works…read more Some of the Employees not so much at this location. The owners do not care. The first day I was in there (Sugarhouse) they are playing explicit Tupac and families are in there with their kids. It was embarrassing. I like Tupac but unacceptable lyrics for families. I enjoyed the cryotherapy and I signed up for their services. From there I had many good cryotherapy sessions. At one point I tried to do the IV drip and they could not get me set up after 5 pokes. So, I left. My doctor the next day had no issue. I get it. But another wasted option in my membership. I had good experiences until today (Sept 24, 2022). I changed for my session which I arrived early for. I go to wait for my session. Meanwhile, there are employees using it at the same time together (Yes, 2 people in the machine together in and out. Seemed like it was a sexual thing? It definitely was.) and laughing and using the machine. What music do you want? I don't know. They are in and out every 30 seconds. I stood there and no acknowledgment. The appointment was at 4... Now It was 4:15 and the horseplay was continuing. I went back and changed back into my clothes and left. I called when I got home and canceled. Corporate and the owner were notified. I was told by corporate they would get back to me. They never followed up. The owner did finally call and it was just lip service. I should have been offered my money back since they could not fulfill my membership.

They also have a room with two recliners that you can request in case you bring a guest. My husband appreciated the extra comfort for being there to keep me company. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and personable. My infusions took 3-3.5 hours. The staff gave us our privacy during the infusion but they were attentive any time we needed something. They give you a bell to ring in case you need anything. There's also a tv with Netflix and Disney + and they provide a select amount of snacks and drinks! 4 stars only because they did have difficulty with my veins and there was an instance where they had an issue with my order which made for a VERY long wait. I actually had to go find someone to ask what was happening. In that instance communication could have been better BUT things happen and I'm sure they must've been busy as this surely was not the norm during my other two visits. All in all, I had a great experience at this clinic and with the staff. I truly believe their help, care, and infusions helped play a part in us becoming pregnant. Thanks team!
