There was a little soreness afterwards but that's to be expected. I did not expect to experience bruising and mild pain. The next day the injection site was very bruised and discolored and tender to the touch. The bruising got worst be the day. It's been 5 days and the color is not getting any better. Im not pleased with my experience and will sadly not be scheduling anymore infusions with them which sucks as I was excited to begin receiving infusions on a monthly basis.

I originally made an appointment for a Myers cocktail IV. I was surprised how easy it was to book…read morethe appointment. I made an appointment online, and when you book online it prompts you to put a date and time you'd like to come in. That is going to be the actual date and time you are scheduled for! They texted me my confirmation. The building had plenty of parking, I was the only car in the lot! When you walk in there is a refreshment area with cold and hot drinks. There are a few comfy chairs lined against the wall with a TV to watch. There wasn't any private seating so you will be around others if they are booked at the same time or before you. The IV hangs from the wall. They prepare your IV in front of you before hanging it. The stick wasn't painful. The staff member Jennifer was really nice and we talked a bit. I was able to add on a toradol injection and she offered additional bags for hydration. I thought I'd be there for at least an hour so I brought my tablet to be able to read on the kindle app but the IV drip was actually done in about 20 minutes! I was able to do tap to pay and they do have a suggested tip on the pay screen. My receipt was emailed. I will definitely go back again!

I tried to explain that I never received any services PLUS its been a whole year, I was then told they have "in-house" promotions, I inquired about that just to be told because its been a year I have to pay $150 for the red light therapy CONSULTATION..So now im like what??? I have to pay for another consultation but im not considered a NEW patient? Make it make sense. So I asked if they could atleast meet me half way can I get a discount on the consultation to be told NO. She was not accomidating AT ALL, made ZERO effort to find some middle ground. To sum it up...
