But I was extremely impressed with the styling. The hair stylist (Ann) and makeup artist (Emily) were great. Both were fun and easy to talk to, while also remaining completely on schedule - no small task for a group of 8. There were very high quality makeup products used, like Chanel and Dior, and a wide range of shades to fit a variety of skin types and desired looks. The artist used fresh brushes and was constantly keeping things clean. And most importantly, both the hair and makeup were set well enough to hold throughout the entire day and stayed looking great. Ann had a much harder job as I wanted half up and the rest curled, but as I was very aware, my hair doesn't hold a curl well. She worked her magic...had to move my headpiece at the end, but otherwise I was very pleased. I went out to eat near the beach, and after sent her pics of the problem areas that didn't keep the curl because of the weather. She noted that and did an even more amazing job on my wedding day. She even stayed later on that day to freshen up a few of my bridesmaids before we left. Charlotte was also amazing...after my trial run my mom (who NEVER wears makeup) loved the results so much she decided she wanted to be added for both hair and makeup for the day of my wedding, as well as my jr. bridesmaid...and Charlotte added Gianna with no issues to come do the extra people.

She spoke softly, her hands were gentle on my ever so sensitive skin, and she answered every question/concern I had during my session. I've had facials before, but this was hands down one of the best that I've had. Abby went above and beyond after my session was over to ask if I had any other questions for her - which I asked what products she would recommend for me to use to obtain clearer skin. She wrote down many (AFFORDABLE) products that would work with my budget and skin type that she recommends. I did end up purchasing a product from the Beauty Bar, but never once did she push buying any products, and also loved that she gave me options that are within my budget non salon grade.
