However, when I checked my app today, all the credits were gone. After speaking with a manager, I learned that when you cancel your membership, you lose all your credits within 30 days, which I was unaware of. The manager did not seem concerned about my situation and simply explained the policy. Since the manager did not consider my loyalty as a customer who would visit 3 to 4 times a month even without a membership, I have decided not to visit at all. This is solely because of the lack of customer care shown when I reached out for help.

After many years of my car sitting on Nick's lot. The restorations weren't done properly. This…read moreseems like a way for nick to claim restorations when it was a half hearted effort to do them right. Being charged over $30,000.00 and not having anything that was supposed to be done working properly. I took the car to another garage and had him look at the car without telling him what was supposed to be done. When he looked at it he went through several items that nick claimed were done right and he verified that they weren't done right. The second garage was totally independent in that he wasn't doing this to work on the car but a favor to me. I will now take the car to another garage that the second mechanic recommended and see how much more it is going to cost me. Long and short of it I have or had a (warranty) on the work and if I wanted to let nick continue to get the work done right, judging how long it takes when I did take the car back to him I might never drive the car again. And it still wouldn't be done properly. Nick, I think you know who I am and if you want to give me a call please do. Because this report doesn't come close to letting you know what a crappy job your garage did.
