I just had my carpets cleaned by Dave & Mike. They were phenomenal! They actually showed up early to my house, which I didn't mind, had the job done in less than 45 minutes. I had a total of 4 rooms and a staircase done. Mike gave me great deals on extras like carpet deodorizers, stain guards and a deal on the staircase. Both men were knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips for maintaining the cleanliness of the carpet. They took special care to high-traffic areas and underneath where my son sits at the dinner table. Carpets look amazing and smell fresh! I was recommended to use Drimasters by a co-worker and would DEFINITELY recommend Dave & Mike to anyone. Something else worth mentioning, I called to schedule an appointment on a Wednesday and they were able to get me in on that Friday. Very accommodating. read more

Negotiated rate was $100 for two bed rooms and a set of stairs. I'm really disappointed -- the team was here for 20 minutes and moved zero furniture. Let that sink in: it took them 20 minutes to "clean" two massive bedrooms and a set of stairs. It took me 30 just the other day to vacuum this area (it admittedly hadn't been vacuumed in a year and i had to empty the canister of dust a few times). They also didn't move the dressers, the nightstands, or the bed. 100% would not use again. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

The guy was apparently on another job and they wanted him to do more rooms than they had booked him for. So instead of saying, "Sure, let's reschedule that as I have another appointment that it would be very unprofessional of me to just blow off", he stayed and totally blew our whole day. Effectively held us hostage all day like an old school cable installer. Oh yeah, it's about a 15 minute job, so thanks for making us wait 4 and a half hours twiddling our thumbs while you, I don't know, got high in your truck? Surfed the web? Never again. We had called to get an estimate on dryer vent cleaning, I was quoted $125, made an appointment for the tech to come out and give us an estimate, he said $125. After he was finished he presented my husband with a bill for $190! Not knowing, my husband signed and paid for it. the next business day i called the office and was assured the owner would call me-never happened. Called back the following week, and again was told the owner would call me within the hour- never happened! There are too many companies out there that do this kind of work, I suggest you shop around and DO NOT use this company!! read more

The technician called prior to arrival to request whether they could arrive earlier; was courteous and prompt to the new time I then agreed to; the two men worked carefully yet quickly to clean the seven rooms; most stains and dirt were removed; about 2 hrs later most carpets dry, the Berber however is still wet (although they went over several times as it was the dirtiest); I believe their price is reasonable and the workers made sure I was content with all rooms prior to leaving. read more

Owner is unprofessional! We had our carpets cleaned on July 10, 2018 and our carpet looked brand new while it was wet. Once it dried all of the heavy traffic areas look as if they had not been cleaned. I called back for the company to return at which time the operator scheduled me for July 27, 2018 between 10-12pm. On July 27, 2018 at 12 noon I spoke to Dave who reassured me that someone would be coming out, but there had been a delay in the schedule due to the recent flooding in surrounding areas. Based on the flooding comment I decided to call back in about an hour, and that is when I spoke with a gentleman that told me that he had left a message stating that they would come out on August 8, 2018 to redo the heavy traffic areas. I asked the gentleman when and what number was used , and he could not provide any details other than yesterday. The man later identified himself as the owner, but refused to give me any other name besides the "the owner" before hanging up on me. Two minutes later Dave called and confirmed that the manager had taken my call while he was in the field, then he hung up on me as well after I asked for the owners name. read more

Money Stolen! I was moving out and had a ton of people in my house but unbeknownst to the carpet cleaners the other people were only on the main level since they were removing staged furniture. I didn't follow the carpet cleaners around because the house was basically empty. I forgot I stuck money in bag that was in the master bedroom close to where they were working. There was no one up in that room other than the carpet cleaners. The money was there before they came and gone after they left. I will never use them again and I have let my neighbors and property manager know never to use them again. read more

DRI-MASTERS Carpet Cleaning a complete waste of time!!! I was told they would be there close to 7 a.m. but they got their almost at 10. The process was under a 1/2 hour and when it was completed, the Carpet looked the same. The cleaning was a complete waste of time as it left everything as it looked when it started. I was better off renting a cleaner at Giant and doing it myself. Their process doesn't remove the dirt as it pulls nothing out, but it attempts to push it downwards. I am completely unsatisfied. By the way needless to say that my carpet looked nothing like the vacuumed one they showed. Clearly they must have used another service to get their carpet that clean!!! read more

I would not ever recommend this company. I scheduled them a month before we were to move. We arranged for them to come to our apartment at 11:00 AM. I received a call at 8:45 saying they were on their way. We had already moved and were not staying there any longer. I told them we were scheduled for 11 AM. He told me they'd do another house then come to our apartment. They never showed up so I called to find out when to expect them and was told between 12 and 2 this time. They called at 2 and said they were running behind and said they'd be there at 3:30. They never showed up and never called. I sat there all day waiting on them and they didn't have the common courtesy to even call! Very poor customer service! read more

Beware! NOT a reputable company. There was an ad for carpet cleaning in the local mailer that listed 2 rooms for $80 so I thought why not. I really only needed one room done but they reported they had a minimum charge for $75 so I figured I would just have another room done. The room I needed done was a room that had fairly new carpet installed within a year and was in a nursery but had fresh puppy urine. We cleaned it up but this website states they will "deodorize and thoroughly sanitize your carpeting". Flyer states, "EPA approved and safe for children and pets, non toxic/ non allergenic" which was important to be since this was in the baby's room. I called to explain that pet urine odor was the problem and if this would work for that. The guy on the phone says yeah it'll be fine and rushed me through the conversation before I even had a chance to ask any more questions about the cleaning solution. Got a arrival time of 1pm-7pm. They came and I, AGAIN, explained that there was urine odor that I was looking to have removed. They then say, "Oh well if you want us to use the sanitizer and deodorizer solution that will be an extra $60". I would have assumed that when you advertise a service that would be something included but whatever I've never had my carpets cleaned since I've been a homeowner (my bad) and said yes. Before I realized they had even started they were already done in less than 20 minutes. I paid, they told me to allow 5-7 hours for drying, told I had to make sure to vacuum the carpet thoroughly when it was dry ("because the chemicals they use crystallize and bring dirt to the surface"), and they left quickly. It was all VERY RUSHED. I kinda wondered what kind of "safe, non-toxic/non-allergenic" chemical crystallizes and brings dirt to the surface. After 1-2 hours of drying (which is what their website says) I bent down at the edge of the carpet to see if it smelled clean. THE URINE SPOT HAD BEEN SPREAD AND WAS NOW THROUGHOUT THE CARPET. WOW! Great, not what I expected. I figured I better give them a call right away since they had been there a couple hours ago. Either the same or another young man answers the phone and I tell him about what happened. He ONLY AT THIS POINT informs me that, "well we aren't going to be able to get the urine smell out". Well now THAT piece of information would have been awesome to know either 1.) when I very first called and specifically asked about pet odor or 2.) when I specifically mentioned to the technician that pet urine was exactly what I was trying to remove. He says well we can come out and retreat next week free of charge. So I try to inquire about whether they have a different type of cleaning or solution or how the next process would be any different really. I don't really want another NON WORKING treatment just because it's free. I have better uses of my time then to wait around for 7 hours for them to show up and not make any difference. He informs me they would just use more solution. So I try to actually ask questions about what kind of solution they use because I am still curious and want to make sure it really is safe/non-toxic for my baby but he is obviously just trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible so tells me well you can just look up a disinfecting solution online". Seriously? So I ask what is the name of it so I can look up ingredients. He says, "Well you can just google any solution". Now I'm getting annoyed, I can put up with a certain level of poor customer service but this is ridiculous. So I ask if "there is someone available who can answer more questions about the solution used". He says well what do you want to know? Well I want to know the same things I've been asking that you either don't know or don't have the time of day to tell me. I ask if there is a manager that could call me back and let me know. He says well here is one now and hands the phone to someone next to him named "Doug" who said he was the owner. He was rude, snide, and had the same amount of customer service I had already been handed. He says, "Well do you want us to come out or not"? At this point these are no longer people I trust in my home. They can't tell you what is in their product, they are misleading, they have no customer service and you are definitely not worth their time. read more

Travis and Anthony did an amazing job! They went wayyyy beyond my expectations; my carpets are now pristine & are stain free & at a great price. Travis went out of his way to explain why their process is better than regular steam cleaning (carpets get soaked, backing gets broken down). The service men were nice, however I am not overall happy. I informed the men that I am sensitive to smell and they said it would not last long. I upgraded to a deodorizer and the smell is making me sick. I had to re-clean my carpets, and when poring out the water it was brown. Why would my water be brown after my carpets were just cleaned? I went away the next day with my dogs so no one was on them. When I spoke to someone today they said they will send someone out in 8 days. The man on the phone said I should not have cleaned my carpet. What am I suppose to do with this strong oder? I spent $360 plus gave a great tip to not be happy. I recently used Dri-Masters carpet cleaning on a town home and would not use them again. During the cleaning, I was told that they would not be able to remove some stains as some were "permanent" and color was affected by things like acid, dye, or vomit. After the completion of the carpet cleaning, I pointed out these spots and was told that no company would be able to get those type of stains out. Advertised as the "Stain Removal Experts" but unfortunately they can't remove stains. A couple of days later, I borrowed a home carpet cleaning machine from a friend and amazingly enough, the stains lifted right off. While they offer a "Satisfaction Guaranteed", there is not much you can do as they won't leave your house until you sign the receipt and after they "guarantee"you there is nothing else they (or anyone) can do. Have called the office to discuss the situation and for someone to come back out. read more

Second trick - When we call them they rush the call through without taking proper details and book the appointment. I should have smelled the creepiness. Third trick- here comes the man Doug. On the site he offer additional deodorize/microbe nonsense for extra 60 dollars. I went for it thinking that it might be good. I dint see any additional material/stuff they used. They rushed and within 10 minutes only thing they want to know is how i am going to pay. The worst! Please don't waste your money. I ended up with more stains in the family room than I started with and the reply was that the stains come up from the padding under the carpet. I had this carpet cleaned before & never had such a problem. That's the family room, now, they ruined the area rug in the bedroom. Look at pics. Came back to look at it and told me that never happened before, cleaned again, didn't get much better:(( so I paid good money to get even more stains from "the stain removal experts". I never actually made it to these liars come out to my home. they send out coupons that say 20$ per room 3 room min or 25$ a room 2 room min but when i called and talked to Doug he said oh a living room is 75$ minimum charge...... why would you send out these cupons then that is the only reson i called but i made an appointment any way with him for that weekend well after i talked it over with my wife we decided that these guys are ripp offs and i called to cancel services and the guy told me i dont even have you in the system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so this place is unprofessional and they talk you like your a joke and pretty much try to bully you into doing what they like stay away from these guys no good bad company read more

They showed up on time, but just run a machine for about 5 minutes and they told me it is all done. The other guy used some kind of glove to scrub. But I really don't see any big difference. the carpet still looks dirty to me. I have hired a different carpet cleaning before and it take them 35 minutes to clean it and clean it very well. As a final note, it wasn't even a good cleaning. Still lint and such on the carpets. Would've gotten cleaner just running a vacuum. Won't use them again. First and last time that I will use this company. I will say that they were great at confirming the date/appointment time quickly (scheduled via the internet) and that the technician was always very polite. Why I won't be using them again - They were to arrive sometime between 8 & 12 on Saturday, 10/6/18. I even confirmed this with the company Saturday morning. At approximately 11:40 that morning I get a call from the technician saying that he had just one more small job to do and then he would be at my house (small job=20 minutes and travel time to my house=20 minutes (I asked). I wasn't happy as I had arranged my day around them coming when they said they were coming. At 2:00, I sent an e-mail asking if they were still planning on showing up. Maybe 10-15 minutes later the technician calls and says he is 5 minutes away. At least 20 minutes later he calls (can't find the house). Finally gets here just before 3:00. Walks through to see what was to be done and then tries to sell me more stuff which would increase the bill at least 100.00. If he had gotten here when the company said he would be here (I was so irritated by the time he finally arrived), I probably would have okay'd the additional. Didn't take no as an answer the first time but he finally got it that I wasn't adding anything. Was in and out in about 45 minutes. 3 bedrooms, living room and hall/stairs. I asked him if there were any problem areas and his response was "no". After he left, I walked into my son's room. There were still stains on the carpet. In my opinion, that would have qualified as a 'problem area'. I'll deal with the stains myself. Now, you might ask why I didn't walk through while he was still here. I have dogs and one in particular does not like strangers (he is very true to his breed). I pretty much stayed on the back deck (fenced yard) with them and when I needed to go inside, I stayed within their sight. I am extremely disappointed in their service. I chose them because of the reviews that I read. I'd give them 1 star. read more

I called Dri-Masters late this afternoon in a panic, as we needed to clean our carpets in preparation for a house showing tomorrow, and someone said it smelled very strongly of dog. Dri-Masters was able to come by within the hour and cleaned the carpets of 4 bedrooms in short order. They never showed up. I scheduled an appointment with Cindy, through the Dri-Masters' live chat service. I asked for confirmation they serviced this area and provide the address and zip code. She said they did and schedule the appointment. I took the day off work, moved the furniture, and vacuumed, as requested. I was in the appointment window and had not heard from a representative and re-connected with Cindy. She referred me to the manager, who I called. He said they did not service this area. No one called or emailed to notify me of this. I asked Cindy why she confirmed that they did and she said she did not make the appointment - that I did. After several more denials and my asking her to please review her records, she finally said that yes she made the appointment but the company should have denied it and called me. No call, no email. All in all a VERY FRUSTRATING experience. Cindy did not apologize for the mistake and disconnected the line. Very poor customer service. read more

Unprofesionally managed. Unreliable scheduling. Great service. They gave a window from 9am - 1pm. I called twice to get a status of when they would arrive (once at 9 and once at 1245), but they refused to confirm a time or window and simply stated that they would call me 30 minutes before arriving. When they did eventually call, they claimed they had called at 9am and blamed my cell coverage for the lack of contact. They said they would arrive in 30 min from that time. An hour later, the tech called saying an additional half hour. However the actual cleaning service and technicians were very good. read more

Terrible service. It took 30 mins to clean 2 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs, full basement, living room and dining room. I paid about $300 for a 30 min job. The customer has to vaccum before service (which i didnt know) then they use an extractor (brush to pull dirt up and spray pump with chemicals) then once dry you have to vaccum. I wasnt satisfied once they completed service. They say let it dry and vacuum and you should see the difference and give it couple days then call back if not satisfied. I call back to let them know im not satisfied. They send a rude worker who was unhappy about having to clean the carpet again. He stated they dont get paid for re doing cleaning. They get paid by the house not the hour. And by doing my home again it was messing up his scheduled time and he wasnt getring paid.. He complained the entire time. I asked him if he didnt want to do it call your boss and let him know. His coworker had to tell him to chill. He even had a nerve to point his finger in my face and I asked him to put his finger down. Never again will i use this service or recommend it. They didnt even use water or a suction to clean carpet. They sprayed the carpet with the chemicals using pump spray bottle to wet floor and use the extractor which is a brush to pull up the dirt. We made an appt. for a FULL dryer ductwork/vent cleaning. They came promptly and seemed to be doing a thorough job. They finished in likely less than 20 minutes. They did everything from the inside, even though they had ladders and were prepared to go up on the roof for the vent cleaning. That's included in their FULL cleaning. Sometime after they left I did a load of clothes. It was obvious the clothes weren't drying. I sent the manager a message via their chat. Was told he'd call. No call. We hired a repair/service company to check the dryer just in case. He was here today. Dryer is fine. He said your ductwork and/or vent is clogged. Sent manager of Dri Masters another chat message. No reply. How disappointing. I had originally given them a good review, based on the work of the two guys. I take it back. We've now spent $250 -- $150 to Dri Masters, and $100 today for a diagnostic appt. to check the dryer. We DO NOT recommend Dri Masters based on this experience. Sad. read more
