This is a prime location and incredibly convenient for lots of folks. The old owners were known for high gas prices so many folks went 30 seconds down the Pike to Hess for much cheaper fuel. I stopped in today and paid $3.55. A quick check down the street and Hess was at $3.55. I'm impressed. I'll be even more impressed if they stay competitive after their grand opening is over. The repair shop portion of this location is going to be owned by different folks. The highly regarded Havertown Gulf folks are slated to move in after Labor Day. The combo of location, gas prices, and excellent future repair shop could make this a great addition to Havertown.

I also had an issue with one of my cars being rear ended while parked, and being bullied by a collision center who took apart the car. Nice! I still went ahead with it. It took a little longer than expected since they couldn't find the key to my wheel lug nuts (surprise!) Which would have caused havoc if that had happened on the side of the road. Glad they found the issue. Ready the next day and for a reasonable charge. Also a local U-Haul dealer and known for their quirky sign. Would recommend their services.

It was a nice change. It was also nice to see their price within a penny of everyone else. The physical space is a mess at the moment. They are clearly in the throes of a remodel and the bays are not currently up and running. My little town of Havertown is buzzing with rumors of what might be the end result. * Leasing out the bays to typical mechanics is of course one choice. * Some think the bays will be converted into a car wash. * Others think a tiny snack shop will occupy the bay space. * There is even talk of the entire property becoming another WaWa! Only time will tell but lots of folks are watching.

Stopped by to have them add…read moresome, and they noticed that whoever changed my oil prior to this forgot to put oil cap back on. I only had $20 dollars on me, so I was worried what they could do. In about 10 minutes, they found me a new cap, added two quarts and only asked me for $20. I was very happy, so I am taking my truck back to them today to get $1500 worth of repairs done in order to pass inspection.
