He gave me the number to contact them and nobody ever answered. Then he said he would give me a few months free to offset the price difference and it never materialized. When I got charged double again the next month he said he was "waiting approval" for the free months. It's just not worth dealing with and being stolen from when nobody can help you, so I cancelled my credit card. This is a warning to everyone - the manager is a good guy and yet he is powerless to stop the company from stealing your money. *update* as of May 21 they are still somehow charging me so I had to call my bank again. We reviewed the charges together and I feel stupid - they've been charging me double, sometimes quadruple, THE ENTIRE TIME!! Check your statements people, they're stealing from us!

I called them twice in the morning and no answer. So, I decided to travel there in order to join. I got to the gym at 9:45am and couldn't get in. I waited outside and stopped a car that was leaving the parking lot. The driver related he cleans up there, but couldn't let us in. That I understand. He said the employee who could sign us up arrives at 10am. He tried calling that person, but there was no answer. He then texted him, with no reply. We waited a few minutes then he drove off. He did try to assist us. 10am came and gone. Minutes afterward, we saw another gym just next door (Blu). We went there and joined. It is also open 24 hrs, but staffed only after 8am. I have NO idea when Anytime Gym is staffed, but at a minimum they should post their hours on the door and be there then. So how can anybody even join Anytime Fitness??? There is a sign on the door with "STAFFED HOURS", but the sign has nothing written on it. See my picture! My guess is that you must be a member of another Anytime Fitness Gym to use this one, or perhaps join online? I don't know, but it was too difficult for me, and just easier to go elsewhere.

I wasn't familiar with Club Pilates training and how stringent it is, but as someone with a lot of weird health conditions needing modifications, I've really appreciated the instructors and how knowledgeable they all are.
