What EXACTLY goes on behind closed doors with Dr.Troy. The moment I stepped into Dr. Troy's temple of tantalizing transformation, I knew I wasn't in an ordinary office, I had entered his temple. Now it's a given that the women under Dr Troy are the kind of women who look like they accidentally wake up flawless and spend their free time deciding which tropical island to disappear to next, definitely not the type studying the weather channel to be sure no storms could come rip apart their workplace on wheels with limited parking. No, Dr.Troy women belong in their 25,000-square-foot palace of beauty not attached to wheels...Dr. Troy's realm. Ok back to the review details that matter the most, You walk in and go to (we will call her) Pretty Girl #1, you sign in, and then take a seat only to have Pretty Girl #2, come out. She leads me from the lobby behind those closed doors. This Pretty Girl was calm, polished, the type that makes you check yourself mid-walk and she's definitely not wondering if Dr.Troy procedure room used to be the laundry area. As she escorted me to the consult room, she asked a few questions, and then had new take a seat as stepped out to "go get the doctor." That's when the tension started building deep inside of me, my composure started slipping. I had rehearsed everything. Every answer, every response, every version of myself I planned to present. And then suddenly... I had nothing. My mind went to which leg to cross in the chair I was sitting in and did I brush my teeth long enough before the appointment and as I sat in anticipation of the man who's touch little makes you scream out in joy! Then he walked in. The man, the myth, the only hands I'd ever paid to feel my body and felt good about. See...... Dr. Troy Austin isn't someone you simply meet, he's someone you become aware of, in awe of. Eye contact with Dr. Troy isn't requested... it just happens. Like your instincts already know he's in charge and your simply there to obey and please. He spoke, I responded, maybe correctly, maybe not. At that point, time felt more like a suggestion than a fact. Then, without hesitation, without breaking that calm, controlled presence, he said with that devilish grin; "Go ahead and put on MY robe. I'll be back for you in a moment." I immediately made a mental note that being told what to do was exactly what I needed. And when a man like that gives direction, you don't question it. You comply. Immediately. By the time he came back, curiosity had taken over me. While alone, I had begun to explore Dr.Troy consultation room and the possibilities were endless. Suddenly II became even more excited and had the unstoppable urge feel breasts in my hand. What had come over me to act like this, knowing he was right down the hall and there I was actively fondling body parts. What was going on? Why was I doing this?? Suddenly before I could contain my urges, I felt his presence as Dr.Troy walked in, paused, looked at me, smiled ever so quickly, then extended his hand slightly, gesturing for me to come stand in front of him, whilst wearing only his open robe, breast in hand... Suddenly the desire was shifted back to Dr. Troy. With the smallest hint of a smile, he said: "You know... I like when my " clients" play with my boobs too"... Now I didn't ask questions. If that's what Dr.Troy likes, Dr.Troy will get. I just made another kinky mental note to be sure and make his chest and desires my Number one priority. Then came the mirrors. Standing there, robe slipping away, fully exposed under lighting that felt a little too honest, I expected to feel judged. But, I didn't. I felt... seen. His eyes moved with intention. His hands followed with purpose, not random, not rushed but precise, like he was mapping out something only he could already envision. And for the first time in my life, I wasn't thinking about what was wrong. I was thinking about what was possible. What could he do to me to make me feel so good. My body was internally quivering in excitement. And then, That realization. We were not alone. I glanced over, and there she was. Watching. Calm. Observing like this was just another normal moment inside Dr. Troy's universe. In any other setting, that would've been my cue to panic. But here? Whatever Dr. Troy is doing... is the correct thing. I found it awkward that the appointment scheduler at the desk is male, as I was uncomfortable telling a man what areas of my body my treatments were for. The waiting room is so small (and always packed with people) that when I had to tell the man I needed to make an appointment for my BRAZILIAN a waiting room full of customers was just looking at me. I felt Kim should have taken the time to properly document and hand him my chart to save me that embarrassment. GOODLUCK if you ever have to reschedule at the last minute! They will push you off another two months regardless of how soon you need your treatment to stay on schedule. There was even a time she couldn't properly adjust my settings because she didn't document them at my previous session. Many times I had to wait my turn for 30-45 minutes. Nearly every time I went she put me on a different kind of machine. The towels on the bed looked like they hadn't been changed since the last customer, as there were clear imprints on them. She wasn't consistent with how throughly she treated an area at each session. She was always rushing and missing slots all together. This why I still have growth (and a lot) after TEN treatments. After ten sessions, I had no improvement with the reduction of hair growth. Kim refused to credit me the difference in my original form of payment for my two remaining sessions, yet offered to credit me for a different service. I don't ends any of the other services, I told her I wanted it back to my card. She completely stopped answering my emails at that point. More than disappointed.

So, I was giving the alternative to try jeuveau. I should have known better because of how I was asking the PA questions and she was very skeptical and hesitant with her answers that I should not have done it. But I tried it anyway thinking maybe it could be better. Afterwards, I talked to my sister who stated that it sounded really weird that Botox, of all things, would be on "backorder" and that she felt that I was pretty much bamboozled by them trying to push a new product because of the almighty dollar. As soon as she said it, I felt the same!! I was also told this was going to work faster than even the Botox. And it has done absolutely nothing!! I was able to see results within hours from Botox but not with this stuff. Nothing!! I don't suggest it. I'm 50 and only do Botox for the crease between my eyes. So, I have lost out on $165 for something that was suggested by the PA with her not even really knowing the effects of it because she even said she hasn't used it and that one's on me. Lesson learned. 3 stars bc I seriously feel now that I was nothing but a simple sale and now I'm stuck for 3 months of not being able to actually get Botox. Needless to say, the crease between my eyes seems to be more pissed off at this point. Maria, medical assistant, is awesomeness though!!! So 5 STARS for her!!! I began my bikini treatment at the McDonough location and experienced excellent service. However, at the Augusta location, where I purchased two additional packages, I received only partial treatment for the Brazilian area during my January 24, 2026 appointment. I reported this to corporate, but their only resolution was: 1. Continue treatment with the same technicians who did not provide full service, 2. Transfer my services to another Milan location -- however, there are no nearby alternatives in the Augusta area, and the closest practical location in McDonough, GA is not local or convenient for ongoing treatment, or 3. Cancel my services and accept a $507.80 refund, which would forfeit the lifetime guarantee for packages that originally cost thousands of dollars. Despite multiple emails and calls, no meaningful resolution has been provided. My experience at McDonough demonstrates that the Augusta location deviated from standard practices. I hope Milan addresses these issues so clients can receive complete, safe, and fair treatment. Update***** After posting this review, I received a phone call from Chloe on the Client Resolution team. She stated that no additional resolution options would be offered beyond what had already been presented. When I asked to escalate the matter to a supervisor, I was told that would not be possible. At this point, I have exhausted internal resolution efforts. My concerns regarding incomplete treatment and scheduling inconsistencies remain unaddressed.
