Working with Joseph was seamless--he was extremely organized and communicative throughout the whole process. He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through. His invoice was also the most detailed quote we got, which gave us a lot of confidence that the details would be handled when we got through When we changed our minds on a couple of details mid-project, he handled it easily. The crew was punctual, careful around the existing trees and hardscape, and swept up at the end of every day. Fair price, clean work, and genuinely good people to deal with. We'd hire Joseph and Regal again without hesitation. They also finished well ahead of schedule which let us enjoy the yard for enough time before some upcoming travel plans.

The finished project exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The entire project took about nine months, with roughly half that time spent navigating Los Angeles County's permitting and approval process. Picture Build's permit coordinator did an excellent job keeping everything moving and minimizing delays. The demolition phase was exceptional. Luis and his crew removed our old pool in a neighborhood where heavy equipment wasn't an option, so most of the work had to be done by hand. Their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive. Once demolition was complete, a talented team of craftsmen brought our vision to life. They poured new concrete, built a beautiful stacked-stone retaining wall, and installed stunning travertine pavers throughout the patio. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. Our project manager, Jorge, kept both the demolition and construction phases running smoothly. Like any major project, we encountered a few minor challenges, but every issue was resolved quickly and professionally by Jorge or John Durso, the company's general manager. Special thanks as well to Max, our electrician, and Brian, the quality control supervisor and all-around problem solver, for their dedication and attention to detail. The final transformation is incredible. What was once an aging pool is now a beautiful, inviting outdoor living space where our family loves spending time together. Picture Build delivered exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service throughout the entire project.

Throughout the project, we had to pivot on certain parts of the design to accommodate existing brick fences and challenging land slopes, but the team handled these adjustments seamlessly, and the final outcome is truly amazing. They transformed the outside of our home, and it now looks and feels like a magazine spread! Just today, I received compliments from two separate strangers on the front yard. We constantly get compliments on the appearance of our home. Samantha was the landscape architect who created the design, and it was amazing to see her lay out the vision. She saved us space in ways I definitely couldn't have conceived of on my own. She said the remodel would be like doubling our living space, and she was right! Scott oversaw the construction from start to finish. He was very attentive and obviously cared about and was fully invested in the success of the project. He had an expertise with plants and gave great guidance to give me the colors I wanted in plants that would work for our space and the SoCal heat. I am constantly smiling at the plants Scott suggested. They are thriving, and I wouldn't change a thing. The crew was respectful, clean and did a beautiful job. It was a long project, but Pacific Outdoor kept their initial timeline. Our main reason for going with Pacific Outdoor was that they were a one-stop shop. They could do everything. They truly delivered, and it is better than we ever imagined! It was so easy to look at their choices and select what we wanted. They had a wide variety of design choices. We replaced most of the grass in the back with their pavers and used the same pavers for our driveway. They look fantastic. We have a neighbor that had Pacific Outdoor build them a firepit that they love. We received great guidance and attention from the full team all along the way. They didn't quit until the project was finished to our satisfaction. As I float in our beautiful pool and eat tangerines off of my new tree, I feel like a queen and couldn't be happier after choosing Pacific Outdoor! Our family highly recommends them!

I wasted thousands of dollars having them do a terrible job on my pool deck, and had to have Pacific rip out their work and fix it. It was an expensive mistake that I hope to save others from repeating. If I had gone with Pacific in the first place, I would have saved lots of money and hassle.
