No return call. I called again and spoke to Ed. Was told I'd get a respray which was great. After 4 days I called back to find out when it was scheduled. Not even on schedule, couldn't give me straight answer when they were coming. Told him to come for respray whenever they could get here but cancel all future treatments. They left me voicemail that they were canceling all treatments but still never got respray. Customer Service needs work. Went with another company.

He did the job the same week, and it cost half what the other outfit was going to charge. He did great work, and on top of that, he was nice. I can't stand giving money to people who aren't nice. We agreed on the job he was out to my house in a few days! Joe got right to work, what a hard working nice guy!! I am so impressed with his work I had him due another edging thought out my yard. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013.
