However overall the service was good just wish she paid a little more attention and everything else turned out well.

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary, unfortunately. I came in to Noxx for the…read morefirst time, bought several items at a very high price compared to dispensaries in the area, and left. I wasn't happy about the price, but I figured the quality would be very good. The same day, the vape I bought shattered without me dropping it or doing anything to damage it. I called to see if they would replace it, and they refused to. They wouldn't do anything to make it right with me either. I spent $40 on a vape and they refused to replace it or to reimburse me. Very rude, unprofessional, and disappointing.

I then…read morewalked out of the store and went down to the end of the plaza to finish playing euchre at the Waterford Eagles. I took my first puff when I got back And it tasted like it was burning so while I was playing, I asked my mom to take it back down to ask the guys if they would exchange it for the same one or something different because it didn't taste right two guys were working. The one guy said he was gonna try it through his T-shirt, which he did said didn't taste like it was burning to him. It tasted normal but the fact is he put his mouth on it then he put a little plastic thing on it and took another puff and again he said it was fine. He said there was nothing they could do about it that his hands were tied really you're gonna lose a customer over a $19 vape and argue with me and my mom not only that my mom called back today to try to talk to the owner, Steve, but I guess he's never there and the manager is never there either only on Fridays so the fact of the matter is put his mouth on my vape whether it was through a T-shirt or when he put a little plastic thing on the end of it, that's got to be against Michigan regulations. And to tap it off the guy that I talked to today said well how do I know that you didn't walk out and try to return a used one seriously I'm 73 years old. Do you think I'd be wasting my time playing games with these two idiots no offense, dumb and dumber. I'm gonna go on every single social media to let them know how disgusting these people are over a $19 vape accusing us of trying to return a used one you know what it's really disgusting and I am going to call the state of Michigan because he put his mouth on my daughter's vape he says to me oh yeah well next time if you come in, we'll discount what you get really do you think there's gonna be a next time not a effing chance

SHADY. I was a loyal…read morecustomer to this shop until about 2 weeks ago. I went inside and assuming was the owner Joe by the end of my last conversation with the guy working register. I went in to buy a vape and ended up buying some Float Shrooms shooters since he was just restocking them and had them on the counter. A few days go by, and I decided I was going to finally drink this shroom shooter, turns out it expired in NOVEMBER. I called the store just letting them know and expecting I could bring the expired one back and get a new one, the guy on the phone was trying to explain how shrooms don't expire and pretty much telling me it was fine and that he'd call the owner to let him know and I can come back up there, so I did, and instead of replacing it he wanted to charge me "with a discount" I was shocked. He then proceeded to tell me they're a small business and times are hard and I get that, I do. But why would you try telling someone something doesn't expire if there's an expiration date, or give it to me half price like all the other expired vapes? He also begins to tell me the owner told him on the phone that night that it was MY fault I grabbed an expired one, even when they were sitting at the register and the owner is telling me he just got them in. I'm posting this review because mushrooms DO EXPIRE. And the fact that he wasn't at all trying to understand me just shows how shady of a business this is. I wish this didn't happen.
